Im just hoping their processing time gets shorten...

I still have not received receipt notice from VSC. Its been more than 3 weeks now. Already frustrated..

when did you applied ? did you apply by yourself or through attorney ?

I also applied 2 weeks ago and my check cashed last week but still I not get receipt.

indianguyyy Uscis did not stop looking AOS cases after October 2011 at all. I had hundreds of AOS approved in 2011 and 2012.

After Vawa approval usually Uscis local offices are taking 3/5 months to set up the AOS interview.

hey sandranj you are right. but today uscis published processing time for Vermont service center but I am not able to find I-360 VAWA.

According to my lawyer he sent them end of February. It could be anywhere from 2/20 to 3/2

Anyone know If i submit fee waivers with i-360,485 and 765, would it make the process slower ?

you should call uscis customer service if it is more than 30 days. I dont think so fee waiver can delay your process.have you changed your address meanwhile ?

No , its the same address. I think its my lawyer lied that he sent them in Feburary. He's always taking so long. All the documents were ready in December and he waited til end of feburary to apply. He didnt tell me extact date that he supposedly sent them

OMG guys I just received my 5th Prima Facie...I hope they will give me an answer or a RFE soon..Sandraj what do you think?...also my working permit is getting expired next week and the application for renewal is still pending since the end of NOV 2012.

peanutbutter since november? wow you have to call them . I helped one girl here from Visa Journey to file her I-765 renewal and she got in 7 weeks.

Yes I know it is taking soo long, my lawyer said she sent a letter asking the renewal and she is going to call on Monday...we got the 5th prima facie insted...this is crazy

Sandraj Hi hope all is well. I see the processing times in the USCIS website for I-360 saying 5months does this mean they are current? I remember seeing June 2011 the last time I checked.

Nope. they remove vawa category in USCIS processing time. same happened during October 2006. currently they have huge backlog and under staff.
