SANDRA By removal proceedings it means that one has already beem put on deportation proceedings n how would l know if lm in removal proceedings?l never got any mail from dhs that in removal.sorry isf k sound stupid lm just so green in this issues n my lawyer dorsnt know what he is doing l guess.

Sandranj, i already had an interview at the local office for my AOS this past monday,all i need now is a decision or the GC to come in the mail.The USCIS officer told me to wait 30days before i make any inquiry if i don't get something in the mail but i checked the website last night and the update was another transfer, so why are they still transferring to a USCIS office after interview.Is one not suppose to get a decision or a card production update after the interview.I understand that my interviewer probably didn't have any experience & that's why she couldn't make a decision on the spot that day...she was a very young lady, so i assume she would wait for a supervisor to approve after the interview before any other thing.

honestlove you can call 1 (800) 898-7180; get the fingerprints letter and use that number to access the automated phone number and they will tell you if you are in removal proceedings or not.It's an automated voice then you just to put the number and wait to hear ok

liveurlife I forgot that you had interview already. Some local offices often return the case back to NBC after the interview with pre-adjudicate status and they will make a decision. It means your local office pre-adjudicated your case and NBC will adjudicate now, in only few cases they send back to Vermont for revocation, but if Vermont reaffirms the case will be sent to the district office again.Let's pray they sent your case to NBC.

Over the weekend I got letter from my attorney stating that he contacted VSC VAWA team and that they said that my fail is on shelf waiting on officer to look it over. (Just to remained you that if RFE that i respond it on 10/31/2012.) Also they didn't give any timeframe when my case will be worked on.

I send letter to my congressman but didn't hear from him yet (I send it last week).

What do you guys think, what will happened? In April will be two years of my initial filing

Hi, sandhra ... I need advise and information . My I-360 and I -485 is pending . So coming may 2013 my ead is going expire so that's y exect before 90 days means three months I send ead for renewal with $380 money order . I send this packet 14 th feb 2013 by express mail. Today I call my Attorny just ask for work permit receipt and he give me answer come in my office take your new ead card .i was shocked after here bcoz 16,17, 18 th feb was govt holiday and I get this ead card 2nd march means exect after 13 days . Today I pick this card from my Attorny office so main question is this ... In this ead card fingerprint space he write not available in record but my old card have fingerprint impression but in this new card y he wrote fingerprint not available ? I m just confused about this ... Give me advise y in this new card no fingerprint impression coming ? Second how ead card is renew with in 13 days ?

i have an approved 360, my lawyer is confusing me, all he wants sent is form 1 485,

my question is do i need to send the affidavit of support form and a biographic form to go with it to vermont, i think its form 1 864w, G 325 A,

 I-485, Application for Adjustment of Status

 G-325A, Biographic Information

 I-864W, Waiver of Affidavit of Support

 I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

 Form G-28, Notice of Appearance as Attorney (for I-765)

 I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

Documents proving bonafide marriage.

There is a memorandum from Uscis stating that every single form the lawyer will submit he/she must send along form G-28.

vishufrompushab they are renewing EAD cards without have fingerprints on it. This is normal and your EAD card is good.

Yaaaay everyone, i got card production email today.I'm very happy and can't wait for the greencard to get here so i can kick off my world tour lol.It's been 10yrs 4 me & i'm glad God has put a smile on my face in the very end.Good things come to those who actually wait.

vishufrompunjab why did your attorney made you send another $380 when you already have a pending I-485, u did not need to pay that fee.Some attorneys don't just know what's up but anyway, getting the EAD is the most important thing for now & its good without the "fingerprint on record", mine still had that on it after renewal even though they have my fingerprint on record & have been taking my fingerprints since the last 9yrs.

Macbook, i really don't know what is going on with your case,i hope all is well.After my attorney notified VSC about my case gone beyond processing time, they called back same day & sent out a RFE 4 good faith marriage & 13days after they received that, approved my case & they have touched my case every month since then & today i gone the GC production email.So,ur attorney really needs to inquire more,2yrs is a long time.

DOMINIQUE,since you have your approved I-360, why don't you send your I-485 to Chicago lockbox yourself with the fee(save urself attorney fees) for faster processing unless you want a fee waiver then you can send to VSC,yes you need to send G-325 & the I-485 and other supporting documents.

DOMINIQUE, i meant to say, yes you have to send G-325 (biographic info) along with I-864w( affidavit of support waiver),G-1145(if you want to be notified via text or email),G-28(Notice of appearance of Attorney),I-693(Medicals),I-912(Request of fee waiver if u need one with supporting documents)and other forms you might need like I-765(For EAD if you need one), just follow the I-485 instructions and its all there.Just make sure you include everything at once cos if you don't u will get RFE which will delay your case.
