Missymd she has a lawyer.The lawyer called vawa unit a few times as well but never told her what to do then i told her you must proof that you tried by all means to receive the RFE then i advise her to call vawa unit,write to vawa unit,email the onbudsman,go to the infopass and contact the congress person.She followed everything i told her now she has to wait.Yep sometimes they suck.

leviloveirene when did you file form I-765? all people are advised to submit form I-765 AT LEAST 60 days prior of the expiration date. Walk in to the office where you have to do the biometric and explain your situation they may allow you to do the fingerprints in the same day you walk in.Good luck

Hey everyone it's been a while since I have been on.like you guys know I got my RFE in December and am finally sending my response to vsc. It was a long process to gather all my documents so now am back in on the waiting line. Loveme,liveurlife,sisi,optimistic chic, how's everything going with your case hope you guys and everyone has been getting good news. Sandranj how are you doing? You guys are always on my mind but am finally BACK with my vj family lol.

It was for good Faith marriage. Also when I sent in my package I sent in the currenct bills we had on our name but they wanted from the duration of time we were together. How is your case going.it back to the waiting game for me.hopefully not Long of a wait

July 2011 - Applied for VAWA with I-765 and I-485 with fee waivers - receipt date Aug 4, 2011
August 10th 2011 - Received NOA's for all 3, fee waivers accepted
August 26th 2011 - Received EAD
Early July 2012 - Re-applied for EAD based on pending I-485
Mid July 2012 - Received NOA for 2nd EAD
August 1st 2012 - Received EAD
Silence for a few more months
October 26th 2012 - I-360 approval
November 19th '12 - Case transferred
May 2013 - Received interview notice

June 2013 - Interview (approved)

Permanent resident since June 2013

Hi Sandraj, i have a question regarding "PRIORITY DATE".. I ask my lawyer before if she could tranfer the priority date when my husband filed for my i-485 we have approve i-130 that time it is still pending thats why i tried to file my application as soon as possible... after 5 days i receive a denial notice of my i-485 pending case filed by husband because he withrew it before i could be able to send my i-360 application to vermont... now my lawyer told me i coludnt transfer it anymore since it was already withrawn and denied. Is it true? that i couldnt transfer the priority date because it was already denied and revoked. Unitil now its Unclear for me eventhough i have already submitted my application to vermont. I just want to make things clear thank you!
