vishufrompunjab thanks for the compliments, well after 22 years being a lawyer I learned some stuff, lol .Well I think you will have your case adjudicate in 60/90 days, if you don't receive any RFE,and then after your vawa approval you will have to wait for Uscis to set up your AOS interview, and it may take 3/5months.Good luck.

peanutbutter they issue the first prima facie for 150 days, sometimes the second prima facie for 150, but sometimes 60 days, after that they always issue for 60 days. Some people receive 4,5 prima facie until adjudication.

Bless_me to expedite cases based in financial hardship is not a new memorandum from Uscis, it's an old one actually. They expedite based in hardship for cases that the Us Citizen is married and the husband is abroad waiting approval of the case and the US Citizen cant work for some serious reason and it's almost homeless and needs the foreign husband here to help financially then usually they expedite cases like that, or for humanitarian reasons for example an Us Citizen married someone from Syria,Egypt,Mali etc..these Countries are having serious problems (conflict, civil war)and their husbands are in danger then Uscis may expedite their cases based in humanitarian reasons, or because the alien has a severe illness, besides that they don't expedite at all.

Vawa Family,

Thank you all for the support. I have not been active lately just have been overwhelmed. But I just wanted to share some good news. My I-360 has been approved. Applied in May 2011. So for those who are waiting do not give up or lose hope. Instead keep praying and the lord will answer.

Good luck to all waiting don`t lose hope and you are in my prayers.

samosa some States they have jerks working there and they don't accept prima facie not even for food stamp, but most of the States accept prima facie for public benefits and to renew DL without problem.

Hi Sandra,

Hope you made out okay with all that snow...I have a question. I got a letter that USCIS has tranferred my case. When I looked up the address on the letter I found that it's a Psychological Treatment Center! Is this normal??

Akumu the Uscis web site is not updated often. Some people had their cases approved one, two months ago and their web site states "initial review" , then they decided to explain that expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available Online. For those that filed a petition just relax and wait for their updates, it will take 30/45 days for them to update the case online.
