positivity888 you have to send form I-485 to Vermont.YOU MUST WRITE DOWN OUTSIDE THE ENVELOPE UPPER RIGHT SIDE " VAWA UNIT", do not forget that, otherwise they will open your envelope and send it to another office, you must let them know you are a Vawa filer and because of that write down what I just said ok.Submit copy your work permit, 2 passport pictures as well,Copy of the I-485 Receipt. If you can't afford to pay Uscis fees then send form I-912 along with form I-765.

Thank you Sandraj. you truly are a blessing to all of us. God Bless.

Eight Senators voted not to consider the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, but Vawa is in effect and everything will be the same. The new bill was to include undocumented immigrants, LGBT and Native American victims of domestic violence, and not to extinguish Vawa Law. Fortunately this is the United States of America and the USA protect real victims of domestic violence, different from many other Countries where the victims are battered and many of them died and their perpetrators were not punished. Gob Bless America!
