young seattle, macbook any updates on your side?

sandra my biometrics and medical is expired,

how do i go about this?

Nothing yet my friend. I send RFE answer on 10/31/2012 and its still pending I don't know what to do. Even my pshycriatist wrote letter asking them so speed up my process because i'm falling in severe depression over that.

When I check online I get this MSG:

On October 31, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

As you can read, they say that I will have a decision with in 60 days. So 60 days after October 31, 2012 is December 29, 2012 and now is January 31 2013 (thats total of 92 days or 32 days over 60).

What can I do to speed up process? Its driving me nuts. Between waiting for respond and my wives torture I'm not person what I used to be. My medication is getting increased because of depression and me getting isolated and alone. I can't eat sleep and I'm constant crying.

If somebody can help me with advice i would really appreciate.

Thanks friends!

I'm not attorney and this is not legal advice, this is just my personal opinion!

Hi there, I need help with EAD renewal? It will expire this coming May 2013. I have a lawyer but he's charging additional $650 for the filing fee. I don't have $650 right now so I decided to file it myself. I have been researching online but they give different ways of filing, I'm getting confused. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! God bless us all.

Macbook maybe write them an inquiry letter, i did this a month before my approval, i think that is was a deal breaker, i remember i requested them to expedite my case, someone told me i had to have a good reason for this, but mine was a request to have my case processed i did not get a reply, so a month later i wrote an e mail and got an approval try this and dont give up hope your day shall come.

Posivity888 do you have a pending I-485? If your spouse is an US Citizen and you have a pending I-485 you can file form I-765 using category C9.If you cant afford to pay Uscis fees submit form I-912 as well and mention you dont have savings and assets.Explain how much you have to pay in rent, food, commute, basic needs etc.Good luck.Oh you can't be in removal proceedings ok.

Thank you so much Sandranj!

My lawyer filed for my I-485, I-360 and I-765 all together May of last year. My EAD is about to expire in May. My lawyer is asking for $650 to renew my EAD. I don't have that kind money right now. So I decided to just file it myself. Do I send it to Vermont still? What do I send it with? Thank you for sharing your thoughts and infos.

God Bless us all!

bless me you won't have your EAD approved using category 31 before your Vawa is approved, that's the law .Ask everyone here waiting for thet vawa approved which category their lawyer filed the I-751, all of them will say "C9".

Bless me they won't put you in removal proceeding , your case are waiting adjudication.

positivity888 you have to send form I-485 to Vermont.YOU MUST WRITE DOWN OUTSIDE THE ENVELOPE UPPER RIGHT SIDE " VAWA UNIT", do not forget that, otherwise they will open your envelope and send it to another office, you must let them know you are a Vawa filer and because of that write down what I just said ok.Submit copy your work permit, 2 passport pictures as well,Copy of the I-485 Receipt. If you can't afford to pay Uscis fees then send form I-912 along with form I-765.

can i tell my lawyer that i couldnt wait the 90 days before she act upon it. What if i just submit another i-765 application using c9? because until now my lawyer is telling me to wait... eventhough the memorandum clearly states that they wont issue me the ead till my i-360 approved.

bless me because you have a lawyer handling your case I suggest you talk to her and ask her why do you have to wait 90 days if the law clearly states category 31 is to get EAD just after Vawa approval. To tell you to wait 90 days it doesn't make sense, ask her the legal basis for that. She knows you don't want to wait for your Vawa approval to get your EAD. It's not a good idea to file form I-76 without her knowledge.

Hi DOMI-NIQUE: Thanks for the message, good luck for your approved. Although I emailed VSC hotline three times last month, their reply is nothing but some official words, they let me write a letter to VSC with my own signature, I told them I have already done it last year but no one really cares about it. Anyway I do ask my wedding pastor Zeta help me draft some reference letter to VSC, maybe I should send another letter to VSC this week, that will be my 16th letters to VSC since Feb 2011. Crazy!
