Cc you are next take a deep breathe, you will get yours preety soon, right now i trust vermont is working because i have seen the results.

I guess I'm just worried because I never had policy reports just the paper work from my therapist and letters from friends and family and pictures of course but not of something major because I felt like I was in the wrong if I took the pictures I never planned on filing for abuse so I really never thought about taking pictures right away.

Hi Sandra hi to all you ..

On 01/03/13 got a letter saying that my case was transfer to be adjudicated no to my local office.. Sandra says that probably I will not have an interview for AOS..

Today I check my case online it says that sent request for evidence and after they will make the decision and I will send me a letter saying that decision on my case.. can somebody explain it to me.. Sandra please .. Please help ssisi

ssisi that sounds weird, after 1-360 approval you never turn in some more evidence,do you? what for,

a friend went for the interview and all they asked was no, yes questions, interview lasted 10 mins, card getting sent

what are you talking about ssisi?

please help me i might wanna know this details for my impending interview.

Sandra said that my case sounds like it will not get AOS interview like her pastor as her church ..

She got AOS I 485 approval without interview... Never heard of it before ., today check my case online it says They sent RFE i think is medical exam have not send it ..

Also say .. Once you submit the evidence requested and the decision is made, you will be notified by mail.,

...... AOS vawa no interview .. Please help

sissi10 if you never submitted medical exam then probably they are requesting the medical exam now, and as soon you send it they will adjudicate your case, I hope without interview.

Hello Everyone, happy belated New Year greetings...i've been very busy.

Ssisi10, your case and ur updates are exactly the same way mine was worded as well & my attorney said i may or may not get an interview.She said most of the Vawa cases she had recently, received their Green Cards in the mail w/o interview so i'm keeping my fingers crossed.Either one is okay for me so long as this process is over.

They sent my EAD renewal last month & i received it right b/4 Xmas.I was asked to call after a month if i don't get anything in the mail but my phone has been stolen...last weekend so will wait a lil bit b/4 i make d call. Cos i'm so ready for this whole process to be over with.

Right now...USCIS toll free status update says file has been transferred to Lee submit,MO cos they now have jurisdiction over my case & online status update says file has been transferred to local office for further processing.

I will be calling them as soon as i get a phone.I'm tired of the wait.

Congrats Dominique & to everyone who's still waiting,hang in there.Yours is coming.

Sept 12,2011-Another RFE for I-693 & passports sent

Sept 19,2011-RFE for I-693 & Passport received

Oct 18,2011-I-360 touched(status changed to "Response to RFE review)

Oct 21,2011-Prima facie sent

Nov 1,2011-Prima facie recieved(Still no EAD or Biometrics done)

Dec 1,2011-I-485 touched(still no EAD or Biometrics)

I am waiting for my RFE Monday no mail .. Lifeurlife did you get RFE for AOS .. Please let me know about your case.. Did USCIS transfer your case NSC like my .. Please let me know about your progress .. Tomorrow I will let u if I got the RFE finger crossed ... Ssisi
