Sisi it means that the Nebraska Service Center will adjudicate your case, it's not common for Vawa cases tho, but maybe because of the number of cases in the local office they started sending to the Service Center.Despite AOS for vawa cases always have interview there is a chance they may not send your case to attend interview and just adjudicate your AOS over there.

Hi SandraJ, I have some questions in filling out the I-360, your help is greatly appreciated.

PART 4 OF I-360 PROCESSING INFORMATION

1. pROVIDE INFORMATION IN WHICH US CONSULATE YOU WANT NOTIFIED IF THIS PETITION IS APPROVED AND IF ANY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS CANNOT BE GRANTED

a. US consulate: CIty b. Country

I came from the Philippines and currently living here in US. Should I put MANILA in Consulate :city? And Philippines for country? I'm confused with this...I also have another son who is also out of status does he need to file a separate I-360?

I will also file adjustment of status concurrently, do I also need to file a separate I-485 to my son? What is the form to waive the fees? How could I explain my situation that I have no income. I don't have any bills like rent because I'm living on my parent's place, when it comes to food I'm using the food stamp of my US citizen son, and I go food bank every month. My baby daddy is not paying child support, he only helps out with the needs of my baby, and give only little amount whenever he wants to. Other expenses I owed everything to my parents, including the lawyer's fees handling my case. My lawyer said I have to pay the fee for I-485, but I remember u told here that fees can be waived...

Thank you!!!

fajrakatana part 4 write down : Vermont Service Center -Country: United States of America

To waive the fees file form I-912. Explain you are unemployed, you don't have any revenue or assets, and that you are spending monthly with food xxxxx, xxxxx ,utilities xxxx and basic needs. If you do not pay rent explain that your relative is providing shelter for you.

If you child is under 21 years old then list him as derivative beneficiary in your form I-360.

You must submit one form I-485 for each person(non Us Citizen)

If you have a lawyer he should file the forms for you, why are you concern how to file the forms? he should do that not you.

thanks sandranj: it is good to know vawa is not died, so still hopes there for vawa prayers, including me. yesterday I nearly called VSC to withdraw my VAWA, but since I waited for 2 yrs, I want to see my vawa result, I am confidence I will get my vawa approved, not as you said possibility to zero.

I donot think you have any relatives who are really in drug problems, obviously you confused drug addiction with normal flu,if drug addicted people can save their rehab money and control themselves well, they are not called "drug addicted", be honestly, my wife only kept 10 dollars under her pillow everyday, without this 10 dollars, she cannot go to work by bus, how can she save that $4000 to got to rehab for 5 months? even her mom and me cannot successfully convert her quit that things after I married with her nearly 4 yrs. So you can do that, VSC can do that. my wife can quit drug by herself, if she can does that, she will do that long time ago. when I lived with her, she always asked money, now I left Seattle nearly two years,I didnot give her money only buy some clothes for her.

actually I am working right now, saving enough money to buy my first house in Seattle, in your mind, you always think someone tries to go to American to pursue their good life because you are Brasile immigrate too, you sympathy us, I knew that, thank you, but not all Americans are millionaires, government tries to cut spending, how can they handle such big load immigration burden? you tell me.

as you said I am just a normal people, All i can do is working hard and be a good christian, I donot care other people said I am good or bad, at least my mother-in-law said I am a good man, my wife never said I am a bad guy, VSC never denied my Vawa application, my mentor and my best friends gave me their reference letter to say I am a good moral people. I keep faith to my first christian marriage for nearly 4 yrs, even VSC denied my case, i still can let my wife go to Auckland, a country with free medicare and college education. No matter where I am, I still be good, treat American as my own country, be good to those American business men as I always did. As a New Zealand citizen, I got six month free travel visa to the state anytime if I want, if I made my first million dollars, I still can apply my US business immigration, US will never close their door to good people. right? God Bless American and all vawa prayers!

So the process he uses is to file Vawa and i-765 together.Nways am just waiting on BOTH decision

Hi Sandraj Thanks for replying..Yeah I have a lawyer but I just wanna make sure if she's doing the right thing, because in part 4 of my I-360 she put Manila, then Philippines that is why I'm so confused. And I think she does not also know that I can waive fees..That's why I wanna get your opinion here. In what part of I-360 she will put my son as derivative? Thank you so much..
