Hi DOMI-NIQUE: thanks for the message, I think Macbook also filed VAWA on Jan 2011, I got my RFE on Sep7th 2011, which has been sent to my former address in Seattle and I never received it, I heard about it from NBC staff.

Also I paid my $360 for my I-131 on July 2011, which has been denied first by DHS in Washington DC due to not for public interest, then VSC on Oct18th 2012,which I never got official deny letter,although I replied their NOA on Augest 6th 2012, no luck for that.

I do asked help from my state senators,filed their privacy release forms and faxed to their office on Oct31th 2012, so far got no replied yet.

Recently my mentor in Seattle has found one attorney for me, who is reviewing my case now, both of my I-485 and I-130 are pending in VSC.

Be honestly, I really want to withdraw my Vawa if I have another way to keep my first christian marriage, unfortunately no much choices for me, losing vawa=put my wife into drug dealers' hands and cannot help my two sister-in-laws. I will never give up to those mother f**ckers drug dealers.

I am really tired about putting my own life on other people's hands, for the rest of my life, I want to be a rich man, at least I can control my own life rather than wait for other people's mercy. Bible said donot judge other people since one day people themselves will be judged by God.

When the RFE asks for Good Moral Character what exactly are they looking for? Please advice everyone...

Butterflies they are looking for your police background check for the last three years.if you lived in a different state within those three years,you have to submit for that state as well.when did you apply?

Did they send you a prima facie? They sent me an rfe for good moral before they issued my pf.but l knew they would ask for that bcos my l did not send my background with my package.l had done it already l was just waiting for them to send it back..15 months and counting for me.

Missymd, I was waiting for my renew of pf no reply from them. Then status changed to initial review then rfe. Mine has been almost 16 months.

Oh..l actually thought you applied this past august....did you send the police clearance when you applied?am just wondering because they never issue a pf without that...or if you had a criminal background they might be asking for something more than a police clearance.

iam waiting 18 months no RFE, two prima facies, status remains on initial review, iam so stressed, nothing like being in a limbo,
