I did leave another voice mail stating that I have applied vawa for over 60 days and I haven't got a notice of action yet.

Is there any other option for me?

Im hoping someone can help.

I know its possible, I just don't know how to do it. As part of my VAWA, I need to get a copy of the entire package I sent to USCIS as part of the priginal I-130/485 package we sent for adjustment. It has copies of absolutely everything that proves a bona fide marriage. After I was locked out of the house, I haven;t been able to gain access to this information, mainly the financial document aspects. I need to obviously provide this documentation, so getting a copy from USCIS would be the most beneficial.

Does anyone know how I go about getting this information, and as quickly as possible?

I luckily still have copies of all of our 100s of pictures, from various locations in the world, and all of the 1000's of emails sent over the last few years, not to mention Skype logs. I just need access to the other stuff, I have a copy of our marriage certificate, and I still have the scans of her birth certificate and passport.

Dewave2 unfortunately you won't be able to get the copies from your AOS,because of that every time someone submits documents to Uscis they have to keep a file with all copies. There is no provision in the immigration law stating that USCIS must give you or may give you any copy of documents submitted to their office, the only time Uscis will look the AOS is when the individual can't send it proof of the abuser's status and USCIS have in their AOS copy of the birth certificate or passport and in this case the petitioner can ask USCIS to look the AOS file, besides that Vawa Unit won't have access to your AOS file at all.You can try to ask them but I saw MANY people that asked that and they denied,I mean they ignored the request.

i got an RFE for marriage in good faith,i didnt have any utility bills to send,but i found bills of some call card we used together too,i also called the tax office give me a copy of the taxes we filled that yr.i got my bank statement containing our address,notarized affidavit from friends and family,and personal affidavit,mails containing our address and also showing that i changed my last name to his.

Dewave2 just finishing what I was explaining if you submitted original documents and you want them back you have to file form I-844 in order to ask Uscis to return those documents, but as I said they won't give you copy, they will return the original documents.You said you want copy of the entire package as i said there is no provision in the INA law stating that, you can file out form I-844 and they will send you all original documents that you submitted in the past.

applied in june 2011,got 4 prima facie,i got tired and wrote a letter to them asking why my case took so long,3 weeks later they asked for RFE marriage good faith after 15months,i sent it a month and half later,then got an approval after 6weeks.dont give up,have you written a signed letter to them?

Hi timartinez: how is going? congratulation your vawa journey is end perfectly. I applied my one is on Jan 2011, still married my wife for 3.5 yrs, she is drug addicted, only replied my one email last year, I really didnot know she is still alive or not. call my mother-in-law's house, who hanged out my phone. I believe after my therapy doctor send my report to VSC, my vawa journey will be end. last week my therapy doctor asked me draft a email to her, I said I take the full law responsibility on my case, not her, she is just a good medical doctor, I said after I come back Seattle, I want to continue my therapy, because I feel my way of thinking is not normal, although I read bible everyday,cannot find peace in my heart, try to live at the corner of the world, cut all social life, live like a hollow man. weird....
