Good luck to stillalive, we spent so many time in VAWA part2, congratulation, you are free now.

I feel sorry to mayjay and lionlion, we have been supported each other for so long in Vawa part2, you guys are the same timeline with me, I applied my VAWA on Jan22th 2011, it seems like the time is counting down for my vawa result.

until last Friday, I emailed my Seattle therapy doctor, who is on maternity leave without handing in my therapy report since Jan 2011, OMG, i briefly explained why I need my therapy report so urgently, she said she will send my report to VSC asap, at the same time, I left message to VSC that my therapy report will arrive their office this week. what a rough weekend!

I hope God bless all the vawa prayers, peace for all in this God's sunday.

hi Sandranj: I got denied for my I-131 US travel document back to Seattle on Oct 18th 2012, I found that from my online case report, but my I-360/485 have no result yet. I think the main reason is my Seattle therapy report is not handed in on time, (VSC's deadline for it was on Sep 23th 2012). Shall I pay another $360 for my US travel document again after my therapy report arrive VSC? or just wait for my I-360/485 result. Confused, this Xmas will be tough for me though.

hi Sandranj: I first applied my I-131 on July 2011, during that time, US embassy in my hometown asked me why I am not applying for my US travel document after I came back home for 6 months, then I paid $360 for it, which has been sent to USCIS in Arizona, they re-sent it to Washington DC, chief Elizabeth from Humanitarian department first denied it this January, then I re-sent it to VSC, they gave me fee waiver for it. so on July 14th, VSC sent me a letter to collect more evidences for my VAWA, I resent them all the evidences again, VSC said the deadline for my US travel document is on Sep 23th 2012, I gave them all the documents except my Seattle therapy report, which i just got hold on my doctor by email, she said she will hand in my report asap. Is this threapy report the main reason VSC denied my US travel document?

also on my WSP non-criminal report, they said my citizenship is US.

so many confuses, I asked help from my Seattle Senator, who kindly helped me for my vawa case on the early of this month. I think her help does work, otherwise my vawa has already been killed.

maybe just because I am not in the state, that is why the information is slower than the others in the state, who knows what will happen for my VAWA.

just wait and see what kind of Xmas gift VSC will give to me. thanks

Young seattle I don't understand why you asked the psychologist to mail them your psychological evaluation to VSC,you should do that not her,let me explain something because there is a privacy Law regarding Vawa and several memorandums regarding that as well Vawa Unit WILL NOT attach to your file ANY document received if the sender is not your lawyer or the petitioner. You got an RFE before as far i remember regarding birth certificate and your friends sent it some affidavits straight to vawa Unit but I don't believe those documents were attached to your file at all, for sure they got those documents but i don't believe they attached to your file because as I said before they CAN'T add to your file documents not submitted by you or by your representative, not even the letters written by the abuser they can put in the self petitioner file. I am sorry but I think you are screwing up your case big time.

Here is my advise to others DO NOT ASK ANYONE TO SEND IT DOCUMENTS TO VAWA UNIT ON YOUR BEHALF OR REGARDING YOUR CASE.

Thanks Sandranj:

I will email my Seattle therapy doctor, giving them authority to hand in my therapy report, since I am not in the state, obviously it is too late to find any attorney. so just leave it to the God.
