On November 28, 2012, we mailed you a denial decision notice

any body have idia

January, 28, 2011 Apply and send WAVA (I-360) And I-485 , I-756, I-131 with fee application
February, 09, 2011 Receive RFE request good moral March,07,2011 mailed RFE
March,14,2011 touched I-360
May,24,2011 touched my case I-131
june,8,2011 EAD received in my hand.
July,26,2011 Travel Document ( I-131) Approved
September,14,2011 Renew second Prima Facie and Revived
October,28,2011 touched I-360 and requesting additional evidence or information case I-360
January,06,2012 sent answer RFE (I-360)
February,08,2012 request renew Prima Facie and February,17,2012 revived 3th Prima Facie ( validate 60 days)
February,27,2012 request renew 2th EAD Card
April 17,2012 Approved my 2th EAD Card and April,23,2012 received my 2th EAD Card
April,27,2012 received appointment letter for fingerprint ( File A # ) from U.S.DHS-ICE ( next month) i request for change location.

wait for the letter they should explain why and then refile an even stronger new i360.

thank you ,yes i never give up absolutely, do you think appeal better or refile again winch solution ?

i need keep my EAD card cause i don't like lose my job and my school etc....

i received my biometrics notice within 3 weeks or so of filing...and the work permit 3 weeks after that.

they are working fast when it comes to the 765 i think...(they need our tax money i guess!! :lol: )

to my understanding appeals take for ever and are usually a waste of time because they "almost never" reverse their original decisions.

so best bet is to refile. you should have 30 days from the denial to do so...

maybe try sandranj this time, you know she is a lawyer!.

lion_lion you said you got an RFE, it means they weren't satisfied with the documents/proof you sent it to them ,and it looks they weren't satisfied when you answered the RFE as well.Do you have a lawyer?.I recommend that you file form I-360 again, but something was missing or wrong in your case, you need to file form I-360 with strong evidences showing the abuse that you suffered and you have send it convincing evidences that the marriage was entered into in good faith. Were you in removal proceedings before filing form I-360?.

hi sandranj thank you for your consideration, yes i got RFE , and i have lawyer and probably he want extra charge me..

i think best way is refiled again about removing

i m not sure i was in removal process or not but i have inquiry with 2 officer from ice cause my x wife went to ice and had request for enforcement.but i have not any letter or summons or notice or hearing court so far

you know i had lot of evidence about she fallow me and control me,but denial, why denial after 2 years, why don't get decision in first 3 months or 6 months i don't know but .............. that 's sucks.

can i have know everything more particularity about how can keep the EAC Card and also, need refile i485 ,i756, either ?

Hi everyone, I just wanna know what's the experience after I 360 approved, I sent AOS application 4 months ago and still nothing, on dec 19 is gonna be 5 months, please I hope u guys can share..

Did not ask for fee waiver

Did not send medical exam( hope RFE )

anyways guys please tell me your experiences, how long u waited for the interview ... Thanks a lot ssisi

Im still waiting for interview... Today i had have called my lawyer and she said that they haven't transfer my file to local office yet. She had inquiry about my file in begin of this month and needs to wait a least 6 week to do it again, if we have no answer... Well... What else we can do??? Wait, wait and wait... we almost there... so God knows the rigth time...
