Some people here had the vawa approved but Uscis didn't set up an interview yet. Then submit an "e-request" to Uscis about your case. You must have your case number ok. I don't think they will give information for those with vawa pending, once vawa cases are protect by privacy Law,despite the Uscis web site says you can submit an e request regarding form I-360. But if your vawa case was approved then inquire about the Uscis delay in submitting to the local office your documents to attend interview, make some noise, lol .

Hi everyone.

for those that just got their vawa approved congratulations. It look like that VSC is working faster now. Hopefully we will get approved soon also.

I have a question.

My receipts don't show on USCIs System when i tried to check my case online.

It show a message saying that my case cannot be found at this time, and I applied in December 2011. Is there anyone else at the same situation? What that can be? I m afraid my application just got lost. What should I do?
