Good mornign everyone!!!

Sandra for women that was married with a permanet residence

I have a question about priority date

I have a new friend and she was approved in 11 months and 2 week, almosta year, and her priority date is :6/4/2012 the same day when usci stared her case, so she need wait for this date. The bulletin calender visa for jun 2013 is 6/4/2011. she need wait a long time or how months do you think, because the uscis calender is moving faster every months, in May the priority day was March / 2011 and now is Jun 8/2011 her category is f2a, because her husband is a residence..

Thank yoh Sandra and have a good day!

Dont feel that way PANAMAGUY truth be told SingleDad is entitled to express his views whether we like it or not. Dont accept the negative energy claim your approval look at each day as one day closer thats how I survive each day I smile and say to myself I am one day closer to receiving my approval some their wait is longer than others. I have only made 12months and a week and it feels like 10 years but I am holding on when you pray ask God to touch the adjudicators hands and give him/her a heart of compassion over your case God is seeing your cries and feeling your pain he will not let it go unnoticed.

Thanks Faithkeeper

Panama guy i cant even imagine what you are going through because I was never abused, but I know you are counting the minutes to free yourself from your abuser, but despite singledad opinion about your case I am convinced that in any moment he wished you bad luck or brought bad luck to your life and case. The Bible says the last leaf on a tree will ot fall if it's not the will of God . I believe that luck does not govern our lives. Panamaguy life when something great comes to your life never feel lucky feel blessed.

Thanks Sandra

You are right, I wont let this difficult time change my believes. I will keep my faith in God. He is and always will be looking over me, and I m sure he is not living me alone on this fight.

Have a nice weekend and thanks again for your support.

Panama-Guy do take heart. It is usually darkest before dawn. take a look at your little girls face and find the strength you have in you to fight. Dig deep man, and fight. Reach down into your roots and figh! You can! And you're almost there.

Hi Believe

Thats what I m doing, I woke up today with a very good energy and I know some people don't believe it but I have a good feeling about this week. I can feel something is about to happen to change my life forever, Whatever it is I asked God to take control of it and be with me. God is great all the time , and all the time God is great.

Prayer is the BEST medication for your depression cry if you have too and hold on hold on one more day closer to your approval claim it!

cielo14 we can't predict for sure when she will be able to file for AOS because she has to keep checking the US department of State bulletin to see when her priority date will be current, once the priority date in her visa category is current she can file firm I-485. The available immigrant visas will be issued in the chronological order in which the petitions were received.
