Yes Sandranj I am still on probation. So they will not call me for interview or grant GC till the probation is over.And when

you get GC through vawa it is valid for how many years?

Anajnic , I got my dui while driving to get medicine & ice cream for the abuser.

Has anyone been called for GC interview or granted GC while on misdeamenor probation?

I just found out that my ex had her I-360 approved March 2013 despite all the horrible things she did. I never hit her, never called her a name. She had nothing in her name to prove bonafide marriage except a single insurance card, a copy of marriage license and a baby we had together. Her uncle and church wrote affidavits based all on her lies and nothing of evidence. Why spend millions on VAWA unit and make so many people wait so long? Just approve everyone ok?

If this person can get VAWA approval, then anyone can. God is great because I have my baby girl and she is not in the hands of my evil lying ex.

Birth of baby only proves that both of them have sex..

Not necessary mean that the couple are in love, or bona-fide marriage.

A child is enough to prove bona fide marriage. A child born in wedlock says a lot. Its not like she was married to him and had the child with someone else. It shows they plan to established a family. Marriage is the beginning of the establishment. "Who just have sex with there spouse" ur spouse is ur spouse u make love and in that processa baby if a person has no intent to have kids with there spouse there is birth control. Its not like they were a fling or just dating they were married and that speak volume.

We don't know what happens behind close door so if she deserve it god will grant it. Give onto Cesare what's due onto him.

Scammers could go to great length to prove "bona fide marriage", including having a baby (an US Citizen anchor baby)

You need more than a baby in common to prove a real relationship / marriage.

Just like some people thought that having a USC baby or being pregnant will make USCIS process their petitions / visas faster.

I would still like to think that a child is a union between two people in a marriage I would never have a child for a man just to 'anchor' myself here. The human element is worth more than that its a responsibility an commitment you have for the rest of your life.
