USCIS updated their website , saying that they are working on cases received on march 02 ,2012... i dont know how, because i applied in December 2011 and still waiting. I m so tired and hopeless. I asked for help for congress, senate, non profit organization, my attorney, even my self have contact them about my case and the answer they gave me and all this people that I asked for help for the last 4 months is the same ( MY CASE IS WITH AN ADJUCATOR AND HE IS REVIEWING IT) I really dont know what else to do, I cannot even explain my stage of deppression, i cant even work no more. i m loosing my business because all i do all day is lock my self in my room. i cant handle this no more PLEASE HELP ME GOD. because i have tried everything.

Panama-guy, so sorry to hear you are feeling down. I guess we can all say we have been at the exact place you are right now. Ireally hope you hear something soon as this whole process can definitely take a toll on you. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. It is toughest when you are about to get your breakthrough. Please stay strong for your child.

Anyone file EAD, VAWA or AOS recently in the month of May especially with fee waiver? I want to have an idea how long it takes to get a receipt notice from them. It is about 10days for me and not received anything yet .

I filed in march and received ead whithin about 15 days after i received receipt notice

Thanks for your response Irara! How long after you sent in your application for EAd did you get the receipt notice itself.

apple2013 do not file a new form I-485, you have a pending I-485 and Vawa Unit will send your file to the local office for you to attend AOS interview. A new I-485 won't benefit your case at all, and it may cause confusion.

I just picked up my approval notice today from my lawyer and it says that "You will be notified seperately when a decision is reached on your pending AOS application." Does that mean I don't need to do anything and just wait?

Also, my vawa is approved with deferred action. What does it mean and how is it different from the regular approval?

Applied i360,485&765 with fee waiver on 3/5

3/11 reciepts were issued ( i had to pick up reciepts from lawyer office on 3/20 and my lawyer

Already had them for a while so i dont know when he got the reciepts in mail )

3/27 ead in hand

Apple 2013 deferred action means you won't be removed from the country and if u have a pending removal the immigration judge will drop it.

The aos info mean that its transferred to your local office or NBC buy only if you have a pending i485. Your lawyer is a lil naive to the process you will need an i485 because its on that basis that you can adjust your status. My may have approve you with deferred action Caz u don't have a pending i485. Is your husband a lpr or USC?

Optimisticchic my application was received by vsc on Feb 19,2013 got noa a week later. received bio appt for 3/17 abt a week after noa did early walk-in on 3/12. Ead was produce 3/5 received it on 3/8 by my layer collected it 3/28 a week after giving birth.

I am soooooooooooooo happy, i just checked online one of my Vawa cases. I helped one girl from this thread with her case.I don't know her nickname and I can't post her real name, anyway her case was approved TODAY without any RFE.I filed on May 02,2012.Glory to GOD!I just called her to give her the news, she was crying with joy.God is good.

apple2013 they will scheduller your AOS interview and with deferred action they cannot deport you.

Vawa2013 to be honest with you I filed 6.245 vawa cases and I had over 5.000 vawa cases approved, but I still have hundreds of cases pending. All Vawa cases that I filed were approved so far, but it's not because I am doing a good job, it's because i just file Vawa if i believe 100% in the case I will handle.I am a former prosecutor and I don't get a case if i know I will lose LOL I filed more than 100 cases for Visa Journey members, without any charge! Since last week they approved 3 of my cases filed in May 2012, then it seems they are adjudicating. May 2012.
