Well I used this memorandum. What I know is that she will still need a SSN or ITN coz FinAid office at her school need to have a tax and identification documentation for dept of Edu reporting purposes.

On a separate note have her talk to her FinAid office to see what they require coz it sometimes also depends upon case to case.

But for verification purposes, school is not required to do verification of title 5 receipents. But have her keep the all the i797 notices and PFD. I hope it help.

Cielo14 the alien must have a social security number or alien number (#A), tell her to enter the eight-or nine-digit (alien registration number) when filing the Fafsa application. Tell her to send a copy of the Fafsa form to Carney McCullough at carney.mccullough@ed.gov and Dan Klock at dan.klock@ed.gov, and she should explain that she is a self-petitioner applying for post-secondary federal financial aid.Carney McCullough is a Senior Policy Analyst and Team Leader of the Office of Postsecondary Education -U.S. Department of Education.

Vawa2013 its a final restrain issued by a judge because of evidence proving ur life is a risk by a person. My husband admitted everything to the judge

Its a no contact. It never expires it last a life time. Only me can ask a judge to drop it and my husband will have to prove to the judge he has changed for the judge to consider dropping it because it is a protective measures. He violated the restrain and served 3 months in jail for it. Its very powerful

He his not me. I can't violate it but he's the one violating it and he knows the consequences of doing so but he's adamant that he want to make it work
