@Lank! Human service with passion for their wellbeing is the greatest spirit a person can have. Capital or monetary exchange for human service is a pirated aspect of best humanity. Sandra is a great being for all of us. you could only pay her by reciprocating same to someone in need.

Just received an email from USCIS that my request to expedite I-360 was approved and my petition is being reviewed. It's good news, hopefully it gets approved. I am praying God, please, I need I-360 to get approved so I would be able to work.

I would like to say "Thank you" to Sandranj. All her comments are very educational and helpful. I found out more from her that from my attorney.

I agree with you on that my lawyer is an absolute waste of time!

I GOT VAWA APPROVED AFTER 13 MONTHS YAYYYY!!!!!! . I AM SOO HAPPY. I AMALSO VERY NEW TO THIS FORUM AND MY FIRST TIME POSTING.

Cielo14 I filed in june of 2012. It's been 10 months and I have tried to expedite the review of my petition for the past 5 months. I reached out to everyone I could including the director of USCIS who actually was helpful. I also wrote to Ombudsman. They did not want to inquire few months ago but I kept on trying and today I received an email from them that they contacted VAWa unit on my behalf and my petition is being reviewed now.

Congratulations! Did you get any RFE?

After a month I got RFE , i sent it in 1 month later because they needed or rather wanted a lot . I was on my 3rd Prima facie when i got approved... You wouldnt believe how i felt when i saw the email. I ddnt want to open it I was sooo afraid .. lololol.. then I saw approve i was like . THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!

I MUST ADMIT IT IS NERVE WRACKING AND YOU LITERALLY CAN GET DEPRESSED , AT THE END OF THE DAY FIND COMFORT IN PRAYER. TRUST GOD
