Apple 20013 Congrats!!! :-) . How many mothns were, they asked you for any evidences.

It's about 14months since I applied and exactly 12months after they received my RFE. My receipt date is on March 21, 2012.

I actually just sent them a request renew my Prima Facie about 10days ago. My 2nd PF will expired on June 6. So they give me the approval instead

Thank you Sandranj for all the help. You have been so supportive and helpful.

I know the waiting time is really killing everybody but you will get there. I was freaking out the whole time because of my short marriage (2months @.@) and my statement is less than one page but I have police report and retrained order and my husband admitted with the police that he hit me because I was trying to get divorced.

anything from Panama Guy?

Hey Peanutbutter

Nothing new here, still waiting, Today completed 16 months of waiting on my case. Really don't know what to expect. My attorney spoke with someone at VSC and they told him that my case was been Adjucated by an officer, that was more than a week ago , my state representative inquire on my case a month ago and VSC told him the same thing, so i guess the officer is sitting there looking at my file for 5 weeks and havent made up his mind yet. NO RFE no DECISION. Today i m very depress , didnt make it to work , decided to call the rest of the week off and leave all employees at home. I have no energy to do anything, I feel like I gave everything i had already. Dont know what do to.

Sorry guys for been so down, I m ussually very positive about everything but this fight is bringing me down badly.

I try to check on my case at USCIS website and keep getting this message. its been like that since I applied.

  • Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). Dashes ("-") should be omitted when entering a receipt number. However, all other characters, including asterisks ("*"), can be included if listed on your notice as part of the receipt number.

Listed above are the possible steps an application or petition may go through during processing. Not every application or petition will spend time in each of these steps. Once you enter your receipt number you will see the steps that will always be required for that particular application or petition. The step in the process where your case is currently located will be highlighted. Other steps will appear if your case requires that particular step.

apple2013 yes i heard some cases that the local office sent it the I-360 to Vermont for revocation, they can't deny just Vermont, but it's not common at all, it happens in cases such as the alien got marriage when waiting adjudication of the Vawa, the alien reconciliated with the abuser when waiting adjudication of the vawa etc.It needs to be some new fact that emerged before AOS interview and they were not aware when adjudicating the I-360 petition. You are good, don't worry.Congrats.
