K.Menendez is your husband an LPR?if yes then you will be able to transfer the priority date of the Form I-130 petition to the I-360 self-petition.Spouses of US Citizen don't have to wait for an immigrant visa number.

It's Tuesday night now and they haven't returned my called yet.

What else should I do?

I even emailed to them since November 6 and stil no response.

Is it because I'm a male self petitioner?

Anybody here have been able to get a Prima Facie with a criminal record? I have DUI. I'm just curious.

Yes Czzr. First DUI doesnt give you a criminal record. But you need to prove your good moral caracter...criminal record unless is related to the abuse...

my ex-husband is a US citizen. So i guess i just have to wait for VSC to review my case. Nothing that I can do to speed up right. its Almost year and I m so tired already of this wait....

1-800-843-6154 department of children and family illinois.

follow the steps.

you can also go to a local office in your city and someone will help you file for your benefits.
