that's precisely what I'm saying. No matter that I had a wheelbag of official evidence, my lawyer said: "you only need this this this this this this this this this this need this this this this this this this this this this and this". He said save the rest for yourself. This is all I'm sending, this is more than enough. What remains is a mandatory wait

As far as am concern u can have a truck load of evidence and the io ask for something that u don't have u can still be denied so u just never know vawa is 50/50 in my opinion. I had a friend whose husband filed for her and during interveiw io stepped out and made a phone call to her boss asking if she knows my friend is married and to who. What does that have to do with my friends case or boss so in other words if her boss didn't know of their marriage wat would happen a denial or stokes interveiw, you just never know with immigration.

lol, SandraNJ I think I know why you and all of us can breath here today. Lol

God singledad2usc was making my life hell. Everything that I say he was against it. And was getting angry with me,he thinks because someone makes decent amount of money they don't need to report the abuse or apply for vawa. its not about money , its about abuse. and abuse its abuse.

I applied in the beggining of December 2011. and i m renewing my 5th prima facie.

Im sure your case will get approved, dont worry, I know its hard to say this when you are waiting for many months but leave everything in God hands... and remember if something is meant to be, it will be no matter what..

and do not listen to whatever singledad2 has to say, he seems angry and is putting everybody in this forum on our nerves with his comments. ...my advise...good luck my friend :)
