So does anyone know for fact that timeline seems to have moved to 12 months OR was 37shells expedited?

It was not expedited. However, I did send additional documents last week so I think it may be possible that maybe they pulled my file to put in the documents and just adjudicated at that time? I don't know.

I don't understand VCS ,My case was never touch since I sent it in, and I m waiting since December 2011. I asked for help from 2 senators and 1 congressman, and 3 of them come back with the same answer from VSC. " we are working on cases that was received on or before november 06 2011, Mr***** case is currently pending with a officer at our VSC. I don't know what else to do.

I m about to send in a request to cancel my VAWA and just get used to be abused by my wife.I m affraid to have my cancel denied and than they start deportation procedures, than I will definitely loose my mind because my wife is treating to take our baby away. last night she took a guy home and said the guy was her friend, they both was high and drunk. I had to take our baby to our room and lock the door because I was affraid that my wife or this crazy guy could hurt the baby. she sleep at the same room with the guy and told me that he was just her friend. she keep doing this and than she come home and want me to sleep with her like nothing happen. I m so afraid to get sic or something, but if i dont sleep with her, she get upset and treat to call immigration on me and walk away with our baby and i will never see her again. GUYS I M GOING CRAZY, last night was one of the longest night I ever had. I dont know what else to do. I m afraid ,sad,stressed.

I pray that my case get answered soon. otherwise I m just gonna cancel my pending vawa and go away with our baby before she does it.

why dont you file I-130 and get green card and after 2 years divorce her.. bcoz vawa cases abused spouses leave their husband or wife..they withdraw I-130 and tell immigration bad stuff.. but you are still married to her means abusive wife...

why dont you file I-130 and get green card and after 2 years divorce her..

I have a approved I-130 but after that was approved, she refuse to let me file I-485 .that how she hold me down and keep abusing me mentally and financialy.

I have a approved I-130 but after that was approved, she refuse to let me file I-485 .that how she hold me down and keep abusing me mentally and financialy.

did she tried to withdraw approved I-130 ?? are you afraid of strokes interview at I-485 ?? to get green card by approved I-130 is very easy way..you just need to obey her till interview means do whatever she wants and learn how to keep happy abusive spouse ?

For I-485 you dont need her Signature at all....but be aware ...if she tells something bad to immigration in strokes interview then section 204 [c] marriage fraud will apply and you will not get green card lifetime so I-360 is good choice.

if you want to still married to her then work on marriage and do marriage counseling and fix problems and ask her why she is unhappy and fix problem...

me and her father tryed everything to help make our marriage work. its not only our marriage, she is addicted to drugs , and we tried many times to put her in treatment but she refuse it,she promise too many times that she would change but than 3 days after she is back on the same thing again. I cant leave her because she will use our baby and my immigration status aganst me, and she uses me to have money, thats why she wont let me move on. she wont have money for anything.

Panama-Guy are you still living with your wife? Immigration Law states you can file Vawa when still living in the same house with your spouse,but if you keep a a marital relationship they may not approve your case at all. I saw in many AOS interviews the adjudicators asking "did you get divorced"? some people said "not yet" and explained them why not, others 'yes", and every time someone said not yet they said " file for divorce as soon as possible".I heard that several times.

Find a shelter for victims of domestic violence and stay there, if you think she is not a good mother call the social services or take your child with you and file for custody of your child. You don't have to do DNA test to prove your child is yours for immigration purposes, having your name in the child's birth certificate is enough.
