I emailed them since November 6 and still has not yet got a response.

When do I expect them to reply me?

jesse If you want to send some inquire to Vawa Unit, here is the email. Put your name, date of birth, present address,Vawa Unit email and case number. Sent the email to "VAWA UNIT".In your case explain you didn't get the NOA yet and ask about your prima facie as well.

If they decide not to issue me a PF, does it makes me an illegal immigrant then?

Once u overstay your time given in the country or came without port of entry you are an illegal immigrant unless u were given permission to stay for certain reasons.

USCIS have until Friday to reply to the DHS Ombudsman about my case, so I am hoping to hear something this week.

I'm not a VAWA case, although USCIS seem to want to treat me like one (putting me in the VAWA VSC queue, etc.). I'm guessing there aren't a lot of guys posting in here either, but maybe it would be ok if I posted here from time to time.

Hi guys, my I-485 has been transferred to NBC so i'm expecting my interview notice pretty soon.I'm very excited @ least this assures me that i'll not be waiting long for an interview.

As for my friend who got her receipts & prima facie within 5days of filing I-360,i'll keep you guys posted, she has her interview @ the local office coming up soon.

How is everyone holding up?Loveme,Macbook,Ssisi10,Myjay,gizq,Lorphelpme,optimisticchic etc,how r u guys doing.Keep faith y' all & goodluck to everyone who is waiting for approvals & interviews.

April 2009-Divorced

April 2011-Filed I-360,I-485,I-765(filed few days b/4 divorce was 2yrs which would have made me ineligible)

May 24,2011-RFE(For good faith marriage & Good moral character)

Aug 19,2011-I-485 touched(correspondence from USCIS were returned)

Aug 24,2011 & Aug 26,2011-Attorney called USCIS

Sept 12,2011-Another RFE for I-693 & passports sent

Congrats at least some good news and u know your interveiw is omming soon. 15 months this week and the wait continues. No RFE yet. Hopefully we will get more good news this week but then again I guess vsc will be out Thursday and Friday.
