my point is I havent got NOA so which means I dont have the Receipt case number.

jesse if it was me i would start chasing them up and probably try calling first - i have seen on here some people have better success asking for a tier 2 supervisor when they call, but i dont know if they will give you any info because it is a vawa case but at least it would have them looking for it, and then if i still didnt get it i would write a letter as well inquiring. I think you should have something by now, i never waited past two weeks to get something back from them. good luck!

04/24/2012 - VAWA I-360 Received by VSC

05/02/2012 - Receipt Notice Issued (received in hand on 5/08/2012)

05/03/2012 - 180-day Notice of Prima Facie Issued(received in hand on 5/08/2012)

10/02/2012 - Mailed request for renewal of Prima Facie

10/18/2012 - Received renewed 180-day notice of Prima Facie

10/26/2012 - Filed i-485 and i-765 for EAD with request to join them to my pending i-360

10/31/2012 - Receipt Notices Issued for i-485 and i-765, fees waived (received in hand on 11/05/2012)

11/02/2012 - Appointment notice issued for i-485 biometrics appointment on 11/27/2012

11/08/2012 - Biometrics notice received and returned with a request to reschedule.

11/15/2012 - i-765 Approved / Notice Mailed / Card Production Ordered

11/19/2012 - EAD Card Mailed / Approval Notice Paper Copy Received

11/23/2012 - EAD Card DELIVERED!11/30/2012 - SSN applied for - card received 7 days later!

12/14/2012 - Biometrics done (walked in a few days before my appointment, was a great experience!)

04/05/2013 - Third Prima Facie Received valid for 60 days

04/11/2013 - Sent additional evidence that was unavailable at time of filing, received by VSC on 4/15/2013.

04/18/2013 - Touched (acknowledgment of correspondence received by USCIS)

04/26/2013 - I360 APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

05/02/2013 - Received in mail approval notice (dated 4/24/2013 - a year to the day that i filed!) and notice of deferred action.

06/24/2013 - i-485 Transferred to NBC "to speed up processing"

07/03/2013 - RFE for medical

10/10/2013 - RFE response mailed, a few days late - praying that its still accepted!

10/17/2013 - Case updated to show 'RFE Response Review'... waiting on an interview date now i think!<p>

04/16/2014 - GC INTERVIEW!!!!! Felt it did not go well

05/02/2014 - green card approved!

(I am filing by myself without the help of an attorney)

Vawa you should write with BIG RED LETTERS "VAWA UNIT" outside the envelope. You should use the Vermont Service Center address ok. What do you want to ask them?

Mrs. Jesse007 messaged me that she can't log in her account.

She said " thanks for your reply. And she wants to write them a letter to ask them about her case because its been 7 weeks and she hasn't received anything yet..not even NOA. She mailed it with 1 day shipping and 200$ insurance..what should she mention in that paper?"

Vawa she has to wait because they won't be able to put together her letter with her case. Their computer system works just with number, no names. She doesn't have a number yet then her letter will be sitting there forever because they won't be able to match her letter with her Vawa Case.She should call vawa Unit and leave her name and phone number and they will call her back and she can inquire about her case.

They wont give you Prima Facie until they finish with the RFE review. For what I've been told, they receive your paperwork and they do an initial review, if they find that there is something missing from the applications or if they need you to provide more information for what you have to proof in your case, they will send you a RFE, after you send the paperwork they will check the additional information, if they think that what you sent is not enough then they will send you another RFE and it could go on and on...When they will get everything OK then they will send you a Prima Facie.. This is just a very quick review tho...the real review will take place later on when they adjudicate your case.

But on haw long time actually people getting the prima face ?

lately we have been getting them within 2 weeks of filing. i think somebody here said her friend got hers in 5days!

but remember lordhelpme or loveme (i forgot who) said that some people never get any prima facie .maybe you are one of them ! :unsure:

it's been 7 weeks for me now..I'm so broke and no Prima facie nor NOA yet =(

jesse If you want to send some inquire to Vawa Unit, here is the email. Put your name, date of birth, present address,Vawa Unit email and case number. Sent the email to "VAWA UNIT".In your case explain you didn't get the NOA yet and ask about your prima facie as well.
