hi SANDRAJ I got approved in December and my two kids are derived benefericies on my vawa is it two late to sne the form to Vermont and also will I ever get interview date and developing nerveous breakdown now has I cant see my kids and am starting to make plans to go back home after the case between me and the monster as I was sopeana to court they offer him 1 year but he playing tuff so as soon as case done am eding back home cant live no more without my kids

finally26122012 your kids will obtain lawful permanent residence through consular processing. I don't know what Country are you from and the US Consulate rules differ from one Country to another.I will send you tomorrow(wednesday night) a list with all forms and documents you must send to Vermont to adjust your Status based in Vawa approval, but I need you answer me some questions first

1-Are you in removal proceedings?

2-do you have a pending I-485?

3-How old are your children?

Wednesday I can tell you about the AOS phase,it's almost midnight and I am tired . I am going to bed now,lol .

Regarding your children you have to call Vawa Unit and ask if you have to submit form I-824 to Vermont and Vermont will forward Form I-824 to the appropriate consulate? they will be able to tell you what to do next regarding consular processing .It's not too late to file form I-824 at all.

finally26122012 since you have I-485 filed you don't have to do anything in your case anymore, just wait Uscis set up your interview.They are taking 5/6months ok,but if they transfered already then you will have interview in 30/50 days, you have to wait a bit more tho.Regarding your kids as I said last night you have to call vawa unit, i don't know how it works consular processing in your home Country,each Country is different, just inquire Vawa unit if you should submit I-824 to vawa unit or to Nvc.

That for interview we have to prove marriage was in good faith .. What documents prove it ? Please

ssisi1026 yes you have to prove bonafide marriage,take with you copies of joint bank statement spanning the time you lived together, joint bank tax return,utilities bills in name of both or any bill in your name or his name showing same address, pictures together,if you had credit card,insurance car, health insurance etc...everything showing commingling finances and commune residence.The adjudicator should not ask about the violence, but some officers they are not following Uscis guidelines and sometimes they ask about it then just in case take with you proof of the violence suffered as well.Good luck.

-Finances ( I have letter from the checking account and saving account

- Birth certificate of my son together
