Panamaguy they are working November 6,2011 cases on January 31,2013. it is last day of USCIS statement. Please note this word. And today is April 1,2013. Here in forum ppl just approved in 12 months.

you will see the filing date (e.g., "April 10, 2003") of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated.................

Means they worked last case of November 6,2011.

IMPORTANT: If your receipt notice date is earlier then the processing date shown, we suggest you call our USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance.

Hi , guys and sandhra .... I apply my I-360 with I-485 on October 6 2011 . I don't recieve any message or touch on my file after this date but timely I got prima facie ... Timely I got ead card after renewal . So any body give me answer/ advise / or views about this ? Which month cases this time vsc looking ...?

Good luck to everyone in this forum...November is my month...Nov 4th. I hope I will get an answer soon...I was looking into my file ( a copy of the file I sent to Vermont Center) and that made me very sad. the only thing I wish is to have an asnswer soon because this waiting is frustraiting. Good luck and best wishes... God is good and he truly knows all the horrible things we went through and im sure he will provide peace to our hearts some day

Vishumfrompunjab i had last week some cases approved fIled in September and October 2011.I think they will adjudicate your case any minute.I hope you don't get any RFE.

Cpngrats on the new approvals! I'm getting really excited about the updated 15 month time frames on the website as it's correlating with approvals in this forum. I applied in January 2012 (going on 15 months ago) so hopefully my case will be viewed in the next two months.

1-letter women in destress psicologys 20 section

2-letter my doctor medication Zolopht depression

3-emergency room visit abusive behavior

To prove good moral Caracter:

1- letter from police department clearance 2

Others document

1- letter checking account

2- letter saving account

3- health ensure card ( my name my son and his name)

4- birth certifique our son together

5-marriage certifique

6-divorce final papers .. My ex went to DR to get the divorce done he went there to avoid all USA law
