We have interview in Dec 1st week. What to do now? :bonk:

Luckily, i got a job recently and salary is easily above poverty guidelines needed for our filing.

Please advise how to proceed now?

Fill out a new I-864 with your updated situation (it's ok for the funds to be coming from you, since they are joint assets) and bring it with you to the interview. It might not even come up, or they might ask whether your wife is still employed at XYZ. If they ask, she can tell them that she lost her job and you have prepared a new I-864.

So, i (Non USC) will fill up the I-864 (OR I-864A ?) and support with latest pay stub.

In case thay ask for, i should be able to present that.

Do you think this would suffice?

They will not ask for anything. I (non USC)didn't take anything with me even though I was working. You will be ok....He lost his job after you submit your package. If you didn't receive a RFE the you are good...Let me know how it goes...
