Skipping K-1 and marrying in States

hey, so my fiancee lives in Primorsky Krai, Russia...and I recently discovered new visa agreenments between USA and Russia which would allow Russian citizens to receive a 3 year multiple entry visa.

so i'm wondering, instead of filing for K-1 and waiting some 5-8 months for her to come here, can we proceed with her getting a regular visitor's visa, have her come here and i can marry her here in the states? would i then be able to apply for an AOS?

Well assuming she could obtain the tourist visa without lying about her intent, she could enter with the tourist visa, marry you, and adjust status BUT that would be immigration fraud and if, at any point along the way from interview for the tourist visa to AOS interview, she made a false statement, she could be found guilty of lying to immigration or misrepresentation and be banned from the US for life.

What you are asking about is against immigration law and no one here will assist you in breaking the law. It is illegal to use a non immigrant visa with immigrant intent.
