My Case status went back to Post decision activity.

Time line

Oct 2009- got Married

June 2010- POE Newark H1B

July 2012 Perm applied

Sep 2012 Perm approved

Oct 2012 Medical evaluation with Civil Surgeon. TB skin test & Blood test cleared.

Nov – 6 2012 My attorney submitted I 140 & I 485 for me and 485 for my wife

Nov - 8 2012 Texas Center received the application

Nov - 14 2012 NOA sent

Nov - 19 2012 NOA for AOS , AP, EAD received for me and my wife

Nov - 21 2012 Biometric appointment notice received (appointmnet Date Dec-12-2012)

Dec - 01 2012 Got a text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 03 2012 Another text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 05 2012 (6 am) Got a text that they have mailed my card to the address on my file

Dec - 05 2012 (6 pm) Got a text that USPS has picked up my card and will be delivered in 7 days

Dec - 06 2012 (3 am) Got a Text and email that my Case is approved an notice has been Mailed

So guys just want to let you know I received ead card in the mail on Saturday at noon. Hubby got the mail and there it was priority mail from USCIS. Yay!

Sent ours on the 19th of Nov, no texts amd check not cashed yet. Anyone else taking this long? Is there anyone to call? I sent with signature confirmation and someone signed on the 21st.

It takes 10-14 days for the NOA to come by Mail....

So, my receipt numbers hadn't been working at all, and then today I tried again and 2 of them don't work, but my i-485 receipt number did, and it says they mailed a request for evidence on Dec 4th. I'm not too worried, I completely forgot to send proof of my co-sponsor's citizenship, and had him send it to me afterwards in case they did ask, so if it's just that i should have it rectified soon enough. At least it means they looked at it, etc. etc.

I didn't get any RFE's for K1 so i'm a little annoyed at myself, but i'm intrigued to see how clear the request is, and get it sorted it out ASAP! I'll post when i receive it, probably tomorrow.

Biometrics appt in the mail! The only thing is that I have to drive 2.5 hrs to the ASC... As other have pointed out, the I797C that I received today is for my I485 and I765. So, I guess I'll have to wait for the I797C for my AP to get here.

Someone posted that there were problems with the online system, told to them by a Tier 2 rep. I definitely wouldn't sweat it.. Seems to always move ahead at a turtles speed.

I already receives my 3 NOAs and did a walk in biometrics. How come I cant access my records online and on the hotline? Should I be worried?

My case doesn't show online either. I read on this thread that the system wasn't working properly as of lately. You've been getting notifications, so that's a good sign.

Hey there! Im a little curious... what does your lawyer mean by the 'real' one? lol In your first letter, which forms did it state? I ask b/c I received 2 letters also, the first was only for I485 & I765. It wasnt until I completed the walk in appointment did the 2nd one come in the mail for Advance parole. But while I was at the ASC they went ahead an issued me another letter ahead of time for the advance parole and did all 3 at 1 time

Both letters are for the same case numbers (I-485 and I-765) and the second one is just for rescheduling the appointment. The EAD&AP is combo card and I think they don't need two different Biometrics for that. I haven't received letter for the I-130 case...

05 Mar '15 - Biometrics appointment in NOLA. They asked me for the second letter with both case numbers. Very complicated explanation!
