I received 2 letters also, the first was only for I485 & I765. It wasnt until I completed the walk in appointment did the 2nd one come in the mail for Advance parole. But while I was at the ASC they went ahead an issued me another letter ahead of time for the advance parole and did all 3 at 1 time

Good to know! My daughter's biometric appointment on the 17th is just for her I485 and I765, as well. Hopefully they'll allow her to do all 3 at the same time, if a second letter doesn't come in beforehand.

That's so ridiculous that they wouldn't have them all on the same letter!

I don't think that it'll be the second letter.

As you know U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it is now issuing employment and travel authorization on a single card for certain applicants filing an Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Form I-485.

Sent ours on the 19th of Nov, no texts amd check not cashed yet. Anyone else taking this long? Is there anyone to call? I sent with signature confirmation and someone signed on the 21st.

@actob99 -- Mine took more than 2 weeks to receive the text/email and 3 weeks before the check was cashed. It's brutal to wait though, isn't it? Hope you hear something soon.

yes I've heard that too, but I just wanted to cover all my bases and since it was the lady at the ASC that issued me the other letter for AP, coupled with my calling USCIS to make sure they had biometrics for all 3 forms, and that USCIS did send me a second I 797C for AP, I am assuming biometrics is needed for all 3 forms No harm in getting more done rather than less and Since the information taken (fingerprints and picture) are all the same, its really no harm

Well, posting on here and logging into the USCIS website last night must have triggered something, 3 texts and an e-mail this morning. That took long enough!!

Still waiting around for my appointment, is anyone's recent Case Status number active on the website yet? I tried to check mine but neither of them have been added or updated on the USCIS site yet.

I called USCIS yesterday and spoke to a tier 2 customer representative and he mentioned that the online case tracking system is 'broken' and the moment they fix it they will post our case status online

July 2012 Perm applied

Sep 2012 Perm approved

Oct 2012 Medical evaluation with Civil Surgeon. TB skin test & Blood test cleared.

Nov – 6 2012 My attorney submitted I 140 & I 485 for me and 485 for my wife

Nov - 8 2012 Texas Center received the application

Nov - 14 2012 NOA sent

Nov - 19 2012 NOA for AOS , AP, EAD received for me and my wife

Nov - 21 2012 Biometric appointment notice received (appointmnet Date Dec-12-2012)

Dec - 01 2012 Got a text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 03 2012 Another text and email that my AP and EAD are approved and Card in production

Dec - 05 2012 (6 am) Got a text that they have mailed my card to the address on my file

Dec - 05 2012 (6 pm) Got a text that USPS has picked up my card and will be delivered in 7 days

How does logging into the USCIS website work to check on your case status? I got my first NOA's, but didn't notice any case # on them. Maybe I overlooked them?
