11 months in... still waiting how long before our ap/ead cards expire should we enquire about renewals?

You should apply for a renewal 90 days before the card expires. I would do it now if I were you. Since it doesn't cost anything (other than taking new photos), there's no reason to wait.

thanks sarah&michel, i'll do it this week.

photomile there's really no further inquiries i can make at this point. i submitted a service request in august which resulted in being sent the potential interview waiver notification, which buys them another 6 months before you can inquire again (with any force at least).

ME TOOOO! Reapplying for EAD/AP this week. I have put in service requests, contacted senator, etc.... Gov't shutdown did not help.

USCIS received my application a year ago today... feels like i'll just never get approved reapplied for ead/ap last week. le sigh.

i just put an e-Request i put that my case is beyond processing time and that i should get a response in 30 days. This is the second one i put one on the phone last month and they told me that still in process and if i don't gets any news in a month to call again but i just did it online. lest hope this time they actually help.

Hi, guys. I am anther NOV 2012 filler. Still waiting for my husband AOS approval.

We just reapplied his EAD and received an ASC appointment for bio metrics. He already done that on 1/8/13

Is there any way we can wave this ? Does anyone had same experience?

THis happened to my husband during the AOS process we still waiting too. Well we went and they told us that it was a duplicate and that he doesn't have to take it again. But you should definitely go and see what they tell you.

I sent my renewal the 18 and it was delivered the 21st but i havent got any noa or text / E-mail... have any of you had this problem.

No, I mailed it on 11/7, got NOA1 on 11/12. I am going to file for expedited EAD, cause he will lose his job, if he does not get it.

We also received a NOA for our EAD/AP renewal. I can't remember if we got a paper version but we definitely got an electronic one.

I hope your husband's GC comes soon but I would call about the renewal just in case. Good luck!
