So i just call because it have been 8 months since i last hear from them . Their answer was that he still in the processing time and the NBC current time is October and that i just have to wait

I know it's so frustrating, but hang in there! We filed for my husband's AOS at the end of November (our Priority Date is Dec. 3 ). About mid-August, I submitted a service request online because our case was outside normal processing times for our local USCIS office (NYC.) And last week, I contacted our Senator's office to see if they could inquire on our behalf and I also submitted the paperwork to renew his EAD/AP combo card just in case.

Anyway, I don't know if my Senator's office actually did anything but yesterday we got an email saying that his card was in production!! The approval came on the one year anniversary of his arrival to the US! So, I am not sure if any of what I did helped but you may want to ask your congressman or Senator to look into it and definitely put in a service request. By the way, we never got a notice about being a potential interview waiver case.

Below is the information you will need to provide for the renewal. I believe the category is C9 (pending I-485) but you will have to check. It should be sent within 90 days of the current card's expiration date.

1. I-765, Renewal Application for Employment Authorization
   1. G-1145 – Form for E-notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
   2. Copy of the valid I-94 (front and back )
   3. Two passport-type photos
   4. Copy of the Passport (biographical page)
   5. Copy of NOA pending I-485 application
   6. Copy of current EAD/AP combo card

in the AP Application on part 3 there is question 4 that says . Have you ever been issue a reentry or a refuge travel document ? do i have to put yes ??? i know it sound dump but i just want to make sure .. next to it says DISPOSITION so that why i got confuse

I realize that I filled out and outdated form so I never answered that question (oops!). However, advanced parole is DIFFERENT than a reentry permit or a refugee travel document so you should answer NO to question 4.

Christ Kitty that sucks! I honestly don't know about renewing the EAD since I don't know how many people will have needed to do it. Might be worth calling and asking them to escalate the case as well? This is crazy!
