Decision

On August 27, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I am also having the same message displayed on the uscis website. Which I have paste below.

It is so much confusing. coz yesterday at 12.30 noon it showed on the USCIS website the similar to your earlier message that ur card in production which I have posted the message in my earlier post.

08/27/2013 - Your Case Status: Decision ... "On August 27, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

My husband thinks that with the second message from yesterday USCIS just inform us that they mailed us a notice that they registered us and we are permanent residents finally.

I think that the date of issue of our GC is 08/27/2013.

But we will see...

I'm eager to receive a new text message with information that my GC is mailed and to expect it within next few days.

Am I the only one that did not get a reply? They didn't even reply my service request. It's so frustrating.
I contacted my Congressman but only got an automatic message saying that he got my e-mail.

So sad..

i'm in exactly the same position! except my congressman didn't even acknowledge my letter...

it's been 30 days since my service request that was supposed to yield a reply within 15 days...

hope we both hear soon!

08/29/2013 (5:30am) - new text massage and e-mail from USCIS:

"Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On August 29, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application."

I do not expect much from my Congressman, either... tomorrow it will be a week since I wrote to him and I neve got an actual reply.

I put my service request on July 22nd and also never got a reply. I called back on August 23rd and they asked me

for another 2 weeks. This is all bs. I hope they didn't loose our paperwork...

I know a girl that got denied because they screwed up and lost some of her paperwork. She had to apply for a Motion of Appeal and pay extra $630.

She got approved a week after that oO

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh so frustrating!!!!
