The last news for us was when we moved from SC to CA and we applyed for chang of address.

So our status in USCIS was

"Initial Review

On February 27, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that you filed".

And today when I saw your post I decided to check our case status and it is:

"Initial Review

On April 24, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that you filed."

But we still live on the same address in CA.

So guys just want to let you know I received ead card in the mail on Saturday at noon. Hubby got the mail and there it was priority mail from USCIS. Yay!

Still nothing for me.. sent the package on november 14, got my NOA1 on november the 20th..

anyone else still didn't get any news?

No news for me too. I'm not expecting anything yet, they are still approving July and August filers. I'm prepared for a long wait.

Yeah.. it's so random.. I know people that send their packages at around the same time and got their green cards in 3-4 months..

I noticed that everyone that got interviews got their cards sooner.

My local office processing time is 4,5 - 5 months but I don't even think my case was transfered yet.. so who knows..

I think this is going to take longer than what it did for me to get here.. We'll see..

anyone else still didn't get any news?

Nothing about an interview for me yet either... a little dissapointed. People I know who applied much later than I already have interviews. Some even have their GC's already... -.-

Just received an update.... They mailed us a letter yesterday and we have an interview June 10th at the National Benefits Center.. Maybe their starting to roll now.

23-24 July 2012: Medical St. Lukes(passed)

24 July 2012: CFO Seminar(had to go next morning for landline #)- PASSED

02 Aug 2012: Received e-mail from USEM our case is there.

15 Aug 2012: Interview at USEM - APPROVED

13 SEP 2012: POE Minneapolis, MN

27 OCT 2012: Married

19 NOV 2012: AOS package sent

05 DEC 2012: NOA's I-765, I-131, I-485

14 DEC 2012: Biometrics appointment finished(Walk-in..Was scheduled Jan 04 2013)

02 FEB 2013: I-131 and I-765 Approved

07 FEB 2013: USPS Picked up the combo-card

11 FEB 2013: Received Combo-card

21 FEB 2013: Transit Visa picked up in Chicago for Japan

I'm K1 with 3 K2's waiting on progress...

Hi, I remember you! I messaged you when we were going through the K1 process, as we both had children.

I have to patiently wait another 13 working days to hear something (hopefully before that!) but I will post the results on here.

How are your children settling in?

They are doing great, its been a wonderful experience for all of them. I can't believe how long this process is taking, and the serious lack of information! There is just no official guidance at all.

So I'm in the same boat as everyone else, case is at NBC and still in approval stage. I keep popping into the September and October filers thread to see if they have any movement and nothing. We can't even assume we wont get interviewed either as I've seen some late ones on here comment they have interviews in June. You just feel on lock down!

Has just received text that production of my card has been ordered.. YAY. It's finally over ))))

I think I am one of the very few ones from Nov filers who still doesn't have the card, but if there are couples who are still waiting, I wish you all the speediest approval!!

Yes, we have settled in really well and my son loves his school.

My husband says to wait patiently, but I would like to have the card and then not have to think about it again for 2 years!
