Been a little quiet here with the Nov filers. We're just waiting for my daughter's interview on March 19.

She's been "home" since she received her EAD/AP and went through the border crossing (driving) with no problems.

Hope everything is moving along quickly for everyone else.

So guys just want to let you know I received ead card in the mail on Saturday at noon. Hubby got the mail and there it was priority mail from USCIS. Yay!

Day 11/14 Mailed AOS Package

Day 11/16 AOS Package Accepted

Day 11/20 Received Text with receipt numbers

Day 11/21 Checks cashed

Day 11/26 -Letter for Biometrix - its on 12/20

Day 12/20/ went to do biometrics, turn away as wife has a cut on thumb - will try to walk in next week

Day 12/28 - bio metrics done ! - walked in San Diego as we were visiting my in laws.

Day 1/4/2013 - received text/email that case is ready to be scheduled for interview !

Day 1/15/2013 - received hard copy letter to let us know interview is on 2/12 !

Day 1/17/2013 - received text/email that EAD has been approved

Day 1/26/2013 - received EAD card

Day 2/12 - interview done - approved on spot!

I still don't have an interview date and our app was sent at the end of October, noa1 on nov 5. Sent in a service request. They just said wait 90 more days then do an infopass. Not happy at all.

We relocated from South Carolina to California few days ago. Yesterday I applied for CA Driver license...pass writing test - No mistakes... :whistle::) and made driving test appointment for friday (03/01/2013).... also change address online in USCIS and my husband sent I-865 with USPS express mail last night at 5:00 pm and it was delivered today at 11:00 am ....today called to USCIS just to check is everything ok with change of address and they put it in service request...also they told me that AOS process for LA office take around 7 months :(

Initial Review

On February 27, 2013, your address was changed relating to the I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS that you filed. ....

They did that for my case statuses with my AoS and EAD, even after I was approved for my green card and had received the EAD. I think it just automatically puts you on Initial Review if your address changes, even if you're past that step.

Hey guys I finally heard something from uscis, that my interview is on April 2nd. Exactly a month from here. Time to start preparing all the documents . Finally. I thought I would be waiting another few months.

AOS

Day 00: Nov/20/12: AOS Package sent(all Forms)

Nov/23/12: at 9:27 A.M.Package signed and recieved

Nov/29/12: Check cashed

Dec/03/12: Recieved Receipts and Biometrics appointment

Dec/20/12: Biometrics appointment

Jan/2/13. : received email an text. Ready for Testing and interview

Jan/23/13: text and email that EAD and AP approved!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

Day 70: Jan/29/13: Card/Document Production

Day 73: Feb/01/13: Recieved EAD card.

Day 101: recieved text/email that AOS interview is April 2nd.

Day--- : AOS approved for green card. Got stamp in passport.
