Didn't receive anything from USCIS in the while. Is it normal since I had my biometrics back on 11/29/2012? Thanx in advance.

So guys just want to let you know I received ead card in the mail on Saturday at noon. Hubby got the mail and there it was priority mail from USCIS. Yay!

Hey guys I have a questions. I got a text and email saying that my case is ready for interview scheduling. Hold long before I actually get the letter from them with everything? I got the email from last week so it's been a week already.

AOS

Day 00: Nov/20/12: AOS Package sent(all Forms)

Nov/23/12: at 9:27 A.M.Package signed and recieved

Nov/29/12: Check cashed

Dec/03/12: Recieved Receipts and Biometrics appointment

Dec/20/12: Biometrics appointment

Jan/2/13. : received email an text. Ready for Testing and interview

Jan/23/13: text and email that EAD and AP approved!!!! Yes!!!!!!!

Day 70: Jan/29/13: Card/Document Production

Day 73: Feb/01/13: Recieved EAD card.

Day 101: recieved text/email that AOS interview is April 2nd.

Day--- : AOS approved for green card. Got stamp in passport.

Same here! I got text and e-mail with the same update on Jan 2 and nothing since then! I hope till the end of the week we will get the letter with the actual date or at least on-line update! And hopefully something about the EAD card! In the USCIS site it says that it depends on how many cases are on the line before your in your local office.

19 Feb '15 - Biometrics appointment received (scheduled for March 5th) - I had to call twice to ask what is going on with it. My local office was too busy!
20 Feb '15 - Biometrics appointment #2 received (scheduled for March 9th) - Different case number plus the one from the first letter... Very confusing!
05 Mar '15 - Biometrics appointment in NOLA. They asked me for the second letter with both case numbers. Very complicated explanation!

whoohoo........ checked online this morning and see that finally our AOS has moved to "testing and interview".

We had an RFE and they received it back on Dec 21. Hopefully this'll keep the EAD and AP on track and my daughter will get that card on schedule!

Anyways, this news just made this mother's day :dance:

So.... I just called to USCIS and I spoke with very pleasant woman who inform me that for I-485 Charleston Office (SC) is working on 15 July so I have to wait for it :crying: ....and for I-765 - the process time is 3 months....so again I have to wait and can call to them again after 02-13-2013 .... :crying:

I hope that I will receive my EAD until the end of the month :unsure:

Congrats! My rfe was received on dec 28 so hopefully in a week I will get this news too.
