I filed AoS on Tuesday, and it was delivered to the Chicago lockbox on the 15th. Crossing my fingers for a quick response. :)

So guys just want to let you know I received ead card in the mail on Saturday at noon. Hubby got the mail and there it was priority mail from USCIS. Yay!

latino972- it all depends on where you're case is being processed at. But, it can be/ should be around 2-3 months time

Overnighted packed Nov. 9th it was signed for on Nov 13th. Friday night received text and email saying they rec'd our packed and that our case is being sent to National Benefits Center :)

Some may remember me from the Canadian board. I'm doing all the paperwork for my daughter and her hubby.

She POE'd Oct 22 and they married Oct 26. While they were on their honeymoon, I gathered up all the information and had the paperwork ready for them to sign when they returned.

She mailed out the paperwork for AOS, EAD and AP on November 13, as well. Sent USPS Priority Mail

She received a NOA1 email today...... whoohoo!

Hoping the holidays don't slow things down too much for us November filers!

We will be going for a visit to see her this weekend. Very thankful that we live close enough to visit often

ROC: NOA1 11-7-14; Biometrics 12-1-14; 10-yr Green cards ordered 4-13-15! (157 days total)
