November 2012 AOS Filers

Biometrics done today! With 2 kids and a 30 minute drive to the USCIS office, I didn't bother attempting a walk-in. We just went as scheduled. Everyone was really nice. There were only about 3 or 4 other people there, so things went very quickly (well, as quickly as it could for me and 2 kids to all get processed...).

Now, back to waiting.

Look at eariler posts the they are having problems with MSC numbers on there site.

It take a good 2-3 weeks for it to be updated. And for some it never happenes.

Best is to call the 1-800 and speak to a officer.

Same here - None of mine are working and with 4 applicants that's a lot of MSC numbers...

I did a walk-in at my local ASC for Biometrics last Wednesday (11/12) without any problems.

I cannot view my status online either - I have the MSC number as well.

Now back to waiting again.....

My AOS NOA1 is dated November 29th and we are still waiting for the appointment letter where some other people already got them with the same AOS NOA 1 date:)

Case Status doesn't work for me still either, but mail has proceeded fine so far so I'm not really concerned. After my biometrics appointment this week I'm not expecting that I'll hear much for a while anyway (other than hopefully getting my work permit next month). I don't think we've really learned new news that quickly from those pages, anyway (especially if you're getting text/email confirmation).

USPS Tracker tells me they received my RFE response yestrday but USCIS haven't updated to say response received yet; i485 receipt number currently says RFE and the other two receipt numbers have changed to initial review (from 'not found'). Biometrics on Thursday.
