We're still waiting and have heard nothing...

To anyone else that has submitted travel history or other documents...how long did it take to hear anything back from the embassy? Did they ask for anything else such as new medical/police certificates, etc?

Please share your timeline from submission to visa approval.... thnks!

I do not remember a similar case involving the London Consulate.

They are obviously looking for any prior trips to places of interest.

Just go to Whitehouse.gov > contact us > submit comments online

...or else you can write a letter...the address is under the 'write the whitehouse' link...

My Fiance's petition is at the embassy in london too. They asked for some travel docs that he doesnt have anymore. We sent a letter explaining that but sent everything else they asked for . We have been waiting since November and its 6 months now. I hope this gets resolved quickly because it is such a draining process.

Hi All - thanks for sharing your experiences - here is a quick update.... I called the DOS today and they told me that it is noted in our file that they are waiting on an updated medical exam and an updated police certificate...apparently this was noted back in january which would have been right after we submitted the travel history and passports...again we never received ANY notification from the embassy and also I called the DOS less than a week ago and was told there is no info or anything they could tell us about our case or why we are still waiting...the guy I spoke to today told me that it is very likely that this is the hold up and they are just waiting on the submission of medical and police cert. and might issue the visa shortly after... I'm going to do some investigating but will post what's going on as soon as I find out....it's beginning to seem like the only way to get any sort of progress in your case is by pestering and bugging anyone you can to get a drop of info about your case in order to try to find out if you need to submit anything to move on to the next step... and they might be sitting on your case and not requesting info for months without you knowing to ask...

God delays but doesn't forget.

I had my interview at the Montreal consulate way back in Nov 2012 EB 3 they gave me a 221 g requesting couple of documents from my employer, which I submitted the same week of my interview. The VO had told me that everything looks fine and once I receive the documents I will issue the visa, you can hold on to the passport just in case you need to travel. Its been more than 6 months and no sign of anything happening. I checked the CEAC web site, it is showing that my case has gone in the Administrative Processing and I spoke to my lawyer about this and he says that It can take for ever for them to get the AP done, just do the waiting game. Its kinda frustrating to wait. I need to get hold of a Senator to look into my case and finish the processing.

Do you have a T country connection?
