4th July 2012 Married in Karachi, Pakistan
15th August 2012 I-130 Sent
21st August 2012 I-130 packet Received Email confirmation
24th August 2012 NOA1 received email and mail - petition transferred to Lee's Summit, MO.
4th September 2012 NOA1 status on USCIS, case transferred to USCIS office
Update: 11th Nov 2012- Found out case is in Houston Local office since Nov.

April 15th 2013 - I-130 Approved (NOA2)

July 2013 - Petitioner (wife returns to the US) and starts working.

September 2013 - Decided to file with NVC.

October 2013 - Submitted DS-260 got approved.

November 2013 - Submitted civil documentts IV packet.

December 2013 - Received email from NVC that documents are complete

January 17th 2014 - Interview - Put in AP for 1 to 3 Months.

Sorry I just saw where you answered on another post, what state are you in? Im an Atlanta transferrer so im just trying to compare the cases.

They've done DCF (Direct Consular Filing) based on their timeline.. :blush:

8/10/12-Sent I-130 x2

8/17/12-NOA1

2/28/13-NOA2

NVC

5/6/13-Case# & IIN recvd

7/23/13-Case complete!

US Embassy

9/4/13-Interview- APPROVED!

9/7/13-Visas on hand

10/27/13-POE: SFO

11/5/13- SSN's received

12/2/13-GC's on hand

US Citizenship soon...

08/21/2012: NOA1

8/21/2012 : NOA1 Hardcopy

8/28/2012 : 1-797C Action Transferred to NBC (Assuming sent to Atlanta Local office...but no telling)

O9/4/2012 : Last touched.

2/26/2013 : Infopass with Atlanta (confirmed file is there and no action yet. To be started in March)

03/18/2013 : 2nd Infopass (No review or processing of any stand-alone I-130s for 60-90 days. URGHHHHHHHHHH)

04/6/2013: NOA2 (228 days from NOA1)

NVC

05/10/13 USCIS Atlanta letter to me confirms this date as sent to NVC

05/20/13 NVC Received Case (Waiting on case number)
06/7/2013 NVC case number assinged
06/7/2013 Choice of agent complete now awaiting fees

Gave up tracking when I left overseas...but we are almost done biggrin.png!

Congrats! I saw your timeline and you've done DCF .. DCF's are processed faster as compared to normal I-130's.. Anyways, good luck on your journey! :thumbs:

Sorry guys,but i wonder there is DCF in my timeline...we are not DCF...we are in regular process...I-130 filed in Phoenix with my husband...
