Thank you for those who offered me help. To the judgemental ones! my wife doesn't care to fix the marriage at all i tried a lot, and i have already wasted years of my life with her and almost everything i had..anyway, i don't think i have to explain more, it's my life and business and if u don't wanna help me that's fine but obviously someone else did without judging me and making all kind of assumptions

You know what I think is funny about these posts? Your marriage is failing and the first thing you think about if immigration status. Shouldn't you be more concerned about trying to save your marriage if you really love your wife.

thats what i was thinking too, seems like its the only thing bothering you..

Of course it is, women come and go... if your wife doesn't appreciate you being with her than screw her and see what's best for you and your future, it's sad if you think otherwise, u can try only so much to make a marriage work and it takes too people to do so but only one person to ruin it..

If the marriage does not work or problems can not be solved maybe you should go divorce and go back to your country. If I was in a divorce situation, I would not even want to stay here in the US alone so I would go back to my home country asap with my family. The inmigration status would not even be my main priority! I guess each case is different.

Thank you for your reply, i believe i have enough evidence, we lived together in a different country for a while.... do you know if visapro is reliable, they charge $75 for phone consultation....

please if anyone has some additional info share it with me, what should i do ?? can i still adjust even if we divorce or do i have to be married to another U.S citizen in order for me to adjust my status?

thank you

I think spending $75.00 or $100.00 will give you some peace of mind, every case is different so a Lawyer would be the only one to give you advise.

Good luck

I agree but the thing is i wanna spend this $100 and at least get some info that can help me in return.. lots of lawyers are inexpert and they are just hungry for money, that's why i asked if anyone can recommend a good lawyer that will be worth my money

Then try to talk to some GOOD inmigration attorney that can help you. I'm sure people here can suggest some lawyers.

PS: Why you don't look in this website? It's the AILA, the American Inmigration Lawyers Association. I just remembered that someone here had posted time ago. Maybe they can help you.

Hi Jack, the son of a good frien of ours, came here with a Tourist visa got married very young his marriage didn't work out, his wife had some mental issues and they divorced before he got his residency,I am not sure if his first wife withdrew the petition or not but I do know that she filed for him. He fell in love after some time and got married and his new wife filed the papers again for him and he is a legal resident right now, going to University to become an immigration lawyer so it is possible, the only thing in your case is that you enter the country with a fiance visa so I wouldn't know, but please talk to an Immigration lawyer he will be able to tell you if under your particular situation your new wife can file for you or not. God bless

Wow! I sure would like to know where I could hire an attorney for $75-$100. Then again, maybe not...

You can't hire an attorney for $75 nor $100 but you can pay $75 or $ $100 for initial consultation and at that time the lawyer will tell you what your options are and will let you know how much will charge you for taking your case and how much he/she needs to start. Our lawyer charged us $100 for initital consultation it last more than an hour and he charged us $2000.00 (down payment) to be in charge of the case, we gave her the $2000.00 a week after our initial visit. Make a few phone calls and see all I can say is that if I were you I would do it unless you are ready to go back to your country without fighting it specially if you feel you are right

God bless

Callous .... to come here and garner more ammunition to stay, your own words smack of a fraud marriage, U stated, she says the marriage was too quick I bet you begged, cajoled & forced it, all your concerns and research smack of immigration dishonesty,

You are trying to use a USC by any mans necessary. Hopefully they'll see thru you.

what is your problem? u keep attacking me on every post!!! you sound like donlad trump... take a chill pill. and no i didn't beg her, actually she came after me and begged me to be with her and obviously she brought me here but this is not a video game, u can't just quit and be inconsiderate about people who were part of your family so i think you should be mean to her not me... i'm not being cocky but it's not hard for me to hook up with any woman... so no i didn't use her, if i just wanted to come to America i would have married any girl and came here but it wasn't the plan to even come live here, i took her to Italy and was trying to get her a job there since i hold the Italian citizenship as well and we were gonna get married over there but she changed her mind like women always do and wanted us to come get married here around her family... so bottom line i wasted lots of time with her and it's not fair for me to start all over again just because of her moody A**.... anyway the only reason that makes me wanna stay here is that my relatives has a business and i would like to be working for them as they offer me a good job and i'd wanna pay taxes like everyone else does...if there's a way to switch my visa to work visa i would have done it but i have been told it's not possible to do so from here..

now u just focus on your marriage and make sure your not being used by your fiance, you are probably having doubt about your own man because you are acting this way ;) ciao
