hello,we send form i864EZ to nvc center just with tax return and we didnt send pay stubs and employement letter because they didn t write it in their web site

who need to fill this form ??? what is the defferent betwine i864ez and simple form i864??

Just go and look at them and see the diifference. One is longer has more info. You may get an RFE to send pay stubs and letter If not just be sure to have for interview for sure.

I was eligible to do the I864EZ. I sent it along with my most recent pay stubs, a letter of employment from my boss and last year's W2s.

The NVC might not complete your case, they might ask you for one of them to comply even thought they do not request it on the instruction. Usually they ask for one of them: an employer letter or 6 last pay stubs, it does not have to be both.

I believe you have to wait till they ask for them,

thanks, we didn t send employement and pay stubs because they didn t listed them in their web site for documents needed to submit form i864 EZ specialy but when i asked in that forum they told me that they are necessary to sent

please tell me if nvc didn t ask me to send that documents that mean they don t need them??
