I was looking at the pet peeves and was wondering...what little things make you smile

some of mine in no particular order....

Being in the same continent as my hubbub and seeing him every day !!

Walking through crunchy leaves

Watching the birds at the feeder

Watching the dogs play

Thunderstorms at night

Small kindnesses that people do without thinking

Getting the last parking space

Being warm and cozy inside when it's cold and wet outside

Cuddling

Virgin snow

Starry nights

Bubble baths

Singing in bed with my hubbub

Going to dance classes

Bumping into friends and having a chat

Being able to make plans together.....just being together

That's a few of mine, now over to you

.. I saw my son happy and tell me his crushes and his feelings about girls.

things that make me smile :

1. having my husband here FINALLY

2. watching my husband and our son play FINALLY

3. seeing my kids happy healthy and safe

4. seeing my hubby in the morning when i wake and getting that kiss as i walk out the door for work

5. when i see the clock at work on my pc turn 5:00pm so i can go home and see my hubby and kids

6. tucking my kids in and getting that big "love you mommy" with a hug

7. kissin my hubby goodnight before falling asleep

8. my car starts everymorning

What makes me smile

when i catch my hubby looking at me

his great big smile

hi big blue eyes

my hubby opening the car door for me every single time

thinking on our journey together

my hubby walking in the door after work

photo's of my kids upon the wall

the memories of my family so far away

watching snow flurries flow down and the wind blows them in different directions..(we dont get snow in oz where i use to live)

life is good im here with him now thats something to smile about

Every first Wednesday of the month at 1 p.m. the civil defense siren goes off. My coonhound howls and so does the rottweiler, who learned to howl like a coonhound but does so coyote-style. It's effin hilarious. Like the giant hound in the sky is calling to them and they must respond.

One of life's little once-a-month pleasures.

It did say in no particular order and seeing as how we have been married for 25 years and been together for 28 years, he is one of the one constant people in my life that has never failed to make me smile
