XANAX, thank you for letting me see my mistake.

You are right my answer was not for SHUKI, I will apologize myself with her

I dissagree with you here ! There`s alot scums who present themselved as someone other and i think he did right saying to not let them in house. You dont leave in a fairytail whre everything is perfect but in cruel world where you have to think about everything. After all it was SHE that was ALONE in the house so why would she let any strangers in their home regardless of being USCIS officers ?!? Think about it !

HI SHUKI, I am very sorry my message about "answering constructively" was not for you, please accept my apologies I am still getting used to this site, I didn't mean to be rude at all. I appreciate your comments, time and effort on helping me

GOD BLESS YOU

I read your case and all i can say is i will pray for you. I'm pretty sure you will overcome this later on as long you have a legitimate marriage which i believe you do.

HI TOMIGAOKA, thank you I was very ill for the past weeks and I wasn't checking the site.

Thanks God bless

Hey Osita:

Good to hear from you. How are things with you? I am similar as you, once I see a post I don't know how I can for example go and visit it again, unless it pokes my eyes out on the "front page". Hence, I have not been able to follow up how are things with you. I hope things are going better now and that famous visit you have wrote to us back a while ago is just a past nightmare. Please know, I think of you often! All the best!

Apparently you didnt understand what i wrote and to who i replyed to soo read it again. To avoid any further confusion i`ll try to "translate" what i wanted to tell. I`ve found what your husband did absolutely correct cos i would do the same and there is no need to apologize ;)

Looks like the worst is over & soon you'll see the light.

God bless you!

After first interview, how you got information about 2nd interview and after how long?

Its already over 6 months since your last interview. Any updates?

What you got after 2nd interview?

Did you try to check using infopaas?

Letter for second interview was sent 5 months after the first one

It's over a year since first interview and almost 10 months since second interview.

No news so far, we have a lawyer that sends letter periodically and reviews immigration site for updates. It's too stressing for me and my husband I personally get lost on computers and websites I am not very savvy about technology.

Ater home visit IO called my husband and told him that, that was his last chance to confess that this is a scam otherwise we will be under investigation, so my husband told them that they have seen everything they asked for and to proceed with whatever they thought was right to do that we have nothing to hide.

But so far no news at all.

Honestly i dont know what should i tell you except to be patient and to never give up.. situation is very complicated and i am not smart when it comes to this. I am kinda new here and will probably have to go true all things as other people. I can only cross my fingers and wish you luck for now !

I guess start "start from scrath" would mean to start it all over again from the very begining

Hi Shuki, it means a lot that people that haven't met each other try to help in some way, like you do giving me hope.

Thank you thank you

@Osita1990: I'll be crossing my fingers for you guys....I feel like once you guys are approved and all that, you should put this into a book. Seriously! It is a shame from USCIS and maybe it would be nice to have this out into a bit wider audience as I don't think anyone would ever think things can get this cruel! I mean, before I read your post about that house visit of yours I never thought these stories are real. I heard from friends some about these, but I always thought this was one of those stories that starts and somebody else blows it up big, passes it on, the next person adds a little "seasoning" here and there and by the fifth person a horror story comes out even though it was completely not the case. I always though they are still quiet civil and even if they think there's a fraud they might just question people more, or yes, go out and see their house, but not to the extreme as going over the kids undies and laundries and all that. That is just so inhumane that it just blows my mind! This is worst than saying at the interview "I'm sorry, try again a year later, maybe by that time you'll have enough evidence that convinces me that you should be approved, but this time I won't approve you". Like that is almost a dream sentence compared to what they have done....it is insane! I'm very sorry and I'll be anxiously trying to find this post to see what is going on at your side! Good luck!!!
