I think its a real scheme, sorry I mean shame when ppl post weird and random things and then leave the thread hangin. Then to see they have been members for years prior to filing, leaves me wondering.... Things that make you go hummm

True, I just wonder why they can't explain (and maybe help other members out) and get into detail. If it's legal than why not reaching out and helping others?

Good question. Pity they will never answer it.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Ok so there is no pity because it is the type of visa that he is coming over on and will be allowed to stay. Unless your spouse has a certain profession it will not happen for them. So no I cannot help anyone else out. I did not even help my spouse, it is because of who he is in Jamaica and his profession. Lets just say he is in the entertainment business so he will be entering legally and again will be allowed to stay this is why I say 1. We will not need to re file the i130 and will have his interview here in the states. Hope this helps peoples curiosity. Just made a good choice when I married my boo! This has already been confirmed with immigration and an attorney as well. Please all have a great day!

Oh and for people like sweetieone. All things are possible if you believe. Like I stated opportunity knocked and we opened the door. Second guess but things happen for a reason. It did not matter to go into detail because everyone is not married to an entertainer so right off the bat knew everyone else could not go the route that we are going! So this is just as legit as your relationship. Good luck to the rest of you and may a special opportunity open for you as well.

Okay so my husband is in the entertainment business and will be coming over on tour. Because he is entering legally he will be allowed to stay. This has already been confirmed and okayed with immigration and an attorney. So I will not have to refile the I-130 and he will have his interview here to adjust. This is why I said opportunity knocked and we opened the door. So we can now say goodbye to Jamaica come the end of the month! It is funny at the response/comments/assumptions that some people make only because of what they do not know. Of course if I could help others I would but this is a case where I could not at all. As the saying goes curiosity killed the cat, well I hope for all of you your cat has will no come back to life. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!

JA is filled with entertainers.

You probably helped more than you knew cool.gif

Personally I don't think the two threads are worth the cloak and dagger stuff.
