im done with my interview last oct. 24

they asked me to send back again a new NBI with AKA.

my problem is, until now i did not get my nbi coz i need to wait 2 weeks.

what im worried about is... r they going to terminate my case? if it takes

longer to send the nbi with aka?

i can have my nbi with aka, next week.

the last window said they going to release my visa, if i send them already the

nbi with aka.

hope u guys can advise me what to do....

Why would they terminate your case? The embassy asked you to bring a new NBI .... get the new NBI with AKA take it to 2G0 they will deliver it to the embassy, soon after your visa will be delivered. Most times the embassy asks that NBI deliver it directly to them, show NBI your 221g as they may very well deliver your NBI to the embassy.

California Driver's License ON HAND - June 11, 2012
