my wife has sent our application I-130 and we have right now almost tow week's we did not get ANO1 is any thing we can do what dose that mean please i heard some people getting ANO2 with out getting ANO1 ? is that right

Waiting 2 weeks isn't unheard of. I've seen people wait as much as 60 days to get an NOA1

Mine took about 10 days, but there are definitely stories of it taking longer. The good news is that the check got cashed, which means that they received it.

Maybe wait a week and then call to check?

Also, I believe the correct acronym you are looking for is NOA not ANO.

Be VERY parient. One week is nothing lol. Wait another week before calling them but you should get the NOA soon. THEN theres the the wait to get approved which is way longer than 1 week .
