Here is the scanned letter. Any feed back? I originally called because there was a non delivery status online. Soon after I moved and changed my address and I got the letter of confimation confirming my new address BUT where it said Beneficiary it had my name. So I called again and told them that there was a typographical error as I was the petioner and not the beneficiary. So they quared that out and then I finally get this letter 3 months latter.

Mariya, in some of your earlier postings it was mentioned to you that Administrative Review was a possibility. It is the current policy of the State Department to place individuals (especially males) who are either from certain Middle Eastern nations or foreign nationals of certain Middle Eastern nations under Administrative Review. This unfortunately lengthy procedure is part of our governments current national security policy.

I will PM a member whom I know is very familiar with this process and have them take a look at this thread. Perhaps they can shed more light on this for us.

I am not all that familiar with K3's, however it looks as though you are in AR as others have stated. There have been a few members in which AR was conducted prior to the interview, whereas the more frequent situations entail AR after the visa interview.
