Household size? tax returns?

Hey guys how's everyone

So I have been worrying myself to death about this Affidavit of support thing and I know it's still going to be a while before I need the info but I'd like to be prepared here's the deal

1. I'm 20 and live at home with my dad and step family. Am I suppose to include them in the number requested for household size?

2. Where I am currently working I make 19,152.00 annually. Which if my household is 2 that's well over the 16,500 required. My question is the last three years i didn't make that 125% mark

2006 (expected) app. 20,000

2005 19,788.33

2004 12,682.99

2003 (not sure but around the same as 2004)

How is it that they calculate one's elegibility is it an average or what?

You read the questions and answer them as asked. Then you add up the answers to get the Household Size.

(I'm presuming that you're asking about the I-864 affidavit, because nowhere in the I-134 affidavit is there any mention of a household size.)

well the page that I was reading is called Affidavit of support under section 213A of the act but then in the bottom right hand corner it says form I-864 is this the wrong form? Which one am I suppose to send?

I-864 is the right affidavit for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

It's the wrong affidavit - I-134 is used - for a K (non-immigrant) visa.
