Hi guys...

I just sent my AOS package to Chicago Lockbox this past Saturday and I just saw a few people saying here that they could check the status of their process online....once I receive all the NOAs is it possible to follow the status of my AOS online?

Thank you!

Yes it is, but keep in mind the system is unreliable and won't tell you much. Once you get your receipt number you can check it at uscis.gov and look for "My case status" or something like that.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Many people say USCIS website is not reliable, in my hands they are fine. Anyway, in case you are not aware of it fully yet: you can create an "account" on the USCIS website and indicate what forms you sent in, and that way any time you log in and click on your form it will tell you which step it is as, such as "Acceptance" "Initial review" "request for evidence" "Decision" "Approved" "Card in production". I am not fully saying probably the steps totally correctly but something very close to this. :) I hope this helps! And all the best to you guys! :)

I received the 4 letters of confirmation from USCIS and says I can verify the status online with the receipt number. On USCIS website is showing the following information "To view the status of a case, please enter the corresponding application receipt number. The 13-character application receipt number can be found on application notices you have received from the USCIS. It begins with three letters such as (EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC). "

My receipt number starts with MSC.... and I've been checking for a few days but says my case cannot be found. I know some people says their website is unreliable but I was just wondering they say the case status starts with (EAC,WAC,LIN or SRC) and mine starts with a different combination...anyone had something similar??

MSC is the normal prefix for concurrent cases. Give it a few days and try again. Then, if not, oh well.

MSC is the Missouri Service Center, now known as National Benefits Center.

Mine is MSC too :) It is the national benefits center. You should be able to check your status soon. It took us a few days (not that it was worth checking ASAP as it hasn't changed in 3 months +).
